Very nicer newer hotel in a very convenient location. No parking at the site but plenty of parking nearby. The breakfast was excellent!

Great hotel in a lovely area close to the arena at the docks so very handy for the town centre and all the docks attractions. The only faults were that some of the stairwell carpets were rather worn and scruffy and the hotel staff need to ensure that everything g in the room (TV and air conditioning ) work correctly. I would stay again - room was lovely, bars very clean and helpful friendly staff

We had a lovely time staying yet again at the Leonardo whilst we attend a Convention at the M&S bank Arena. The staff are amazing and so very friendly and obliging. Comfortable and clean, lovely breakfast.

Near shopping centre easy to get to in walking distance

The breakfast had a great choice, loved the porrage. The bed was ok. Overall had a great stay. Will stop there again.

The reception staff were polite & friendly. The bed was comfy. The location great. The actual hotel is tired looking. The bathroom mirror was rusty, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. The tea making facilities (spoon & cups) weren't clean. Three star hotel at best.

The hotel was lovely and clean in the lobby so it made quite a shock when we saw our rooms; floor and wall stains, long hairs in the bathroom and in the towels. Very shocked at the state of the place considering cleaners were everywhere. Staff were lovely. We're gluten-free and although they had a gluten free area, it wasn't policed very well, so non gluten free people kept coming up to it and using it which is obviously a massive cross contamination risk, the food is no good to us if it's contaminated. A bigger selection would be nice but telling "normal" people to stay away from the dedicated gluten free area would be my main stress.

Great location

3rd time we have stayed hete and this was the worae sty. Room was dated, carpet had stains, bathroom was terrible. Shelf broken, stains.

Excellent location for attending an event at the Liverpool Arena. Clean throughout and very friendly staff - bar, reception and housekeeping all excellent! Food was delicious and served quickly.

Perfect hotel and staff

Perfect location for us. Was a last minute booking to break our journey up. Quick & easy check in, warm welcome from the staff. Plenty of food options in and around the hotel. 2 minute walk to royal Albert dock that we didn’t expect. Snook a sneaky visit to Anfield in too for the wee man

Carpet in room badly stained in a variety of areas. Sink in bathroom blocked and slow to drain Breakfast was acceptable not the best ingredients

Fantastic city centre location beside the Mersey and Albert Docks. Food and drink - meh. Rooms lovely. Staff adorable. Some of the bar chairs were soiled and water stained - eugh. No parking. Expensive and poor disabled parking at next door hotel
