Novotel London Stansted Airport

Easy to get to, as it seems to be a popular location, parking was a challenge and I ended up having to drive on a footpath to get to a parking spot. The entrance is spacious and even at night it was filled with people. Reception staff were extremely professional. The restaurant staff, food and atmosphere absolutely excellent. The hotel it's self and the rooms were clean, in really good condition and it was quite considering it's next to the airport. For me this means, I'm not going back to Hilton and Novotel will be the default hotel search when ever I'll be travelling.

Great hotel, nice friendly staff and shuttle bus to the airport runs from 3.00am - midnight, on the hour and evey 30 minutes past the hour.

The 🏨 gives you the wow factor when you walk in.. beautiful furniture.. wall photos,, restaurant,, uniformed staff,, love what everyones wearing,, company's book here for work meetings,, The rooms are pretty with beautiful lighting,, wallpaper,, soap,, love the flooring in the bathroom not cold when you step on it,, folding pillows,, the 🏨 got a shuttle bus,, an alright menu,, plenty of places to try at Stansted The staff are forgion.. can't understand them.. look at you with disgusting looks,, look down at you,, arguing on the phone,, managers a pen pushing d head,, trys to put words in your mouth,, looks like she doesn't believe you about something,, the menus not that great,, wasn't able to leave our bags though I was staying their in the  🌆 no biscuits,, you have the forgeioners,, house keeping banging on your door before check out.

Great hotel, lovely staff, comfortable & clean rooms, but could do with better sound insulation. Corridors can be noisy which is not great if you have an early start.

Arrived late at night. Of the three desks, one was busy checking someone in, the second empty and the third occupied but the lady occupying it didn’t even lift her head to acknowledge my arrival. Waited till a lady came out to check me in but she was very transactional and not welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast. Good value for the price but don’t expect too much.

Stopped here a few times and for an airport hotel, it's one of the better ones. The staff are super friendly and it offers great value for money. The rooms are a little on the cosy side but are well equipped and modern. My only gripe, and this is a personal preference, is that the mattress is too hard and the pillows are not great. One pillow is too low and two pillows is too high. Woke up with a stiff neck and a headache from the pillows. This was sorted out by a lovely hot shower in the modern bathroom. The Rituals toiletries and Dressing Gowns are a nice touch. This is a great hotel with a superb buffet breakfast and I can highly recommend it.

Great bus connection to airport

Not near anything but airport. A bit costly to ride the bus back and forth, but handy to have.

It was an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable. On arrival it was very cold but we were able to work out how to turn up the heating. Also no glasses provided in the bathroom or room for water and no complimentary bottle of water which is usual these days. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 1night before an early flight. Good location with easy parking and very helpful staff. Restaurant was very good too for luggt supper. Great value too. Only downside was aircon seemed to only belt out hot air, even on lowest setting - had to turn it off and resort to opening window which was noisy as so close to planes coming into land.

The hotel is perfectly nice with excellent amenities, a gym, restaurant, clean rooms, etc. The problem is that we stayed there overnight to catch an early flight, and it turns out this hotel is about a 30 minute £8 ride from the airport. So if you are there to catch an early flight, stay at an airport hotel closer to the terminals or stay somewhere on the Stansted Express train line. If your flight leaves at 6:30 AM or later, you can take the first train in, which arrives at 4:30 AM. It leaves Liverpool Station in London an hour before that, but there are small towns along the way, if you prefer.

Serves its purpose for access to Stansted Airport. Comfortable, courteous staff and clean. Restaurant very good.

Wonderful place to stay, everything is good except the heater is not good enough somehow.

Parking was a bit of an issue upon arrival as the barrier was broken and everyone was using the hotel car park as a long stay one. The hotel itself was comfortable and convenient for our needs.
