Nice and modern facilities. We stayed on the underground level, so the room had no windows, but it had air conditioning and good lighting. The room was very clean and well-organized, we had a comfortable and quiet night. In the lobby you can find free coffee and water, and there is also a common area with tables and sofas, suitable for having dinner or working. They offer luggage storage which costs £3 per bag. In front of the hotel you'll find Co-op (groceries store), and the king cross and St. Pancrass stations are just a 5 min walk away.

Room was extremely small and hot. Air con is useless and keeps turning itself off, they left a fan in the room that was so pathetic I couldn’t even feel it a metre away. I would not stay here again

The room we had was very small. Modern in uts look but with cheap furniture. I wondered if my bed would actually collapse with the noises it made if you rolled over. However its an excellent location, easy process and staff were lovely. I would probably try somewhere else for a bigger room, but if this was all that was available, I would book without any issues.

I thought we were having a decent enough stay until the desk receptionist decided to aggressively shout at me and treat me very rudely because his lack of English caused him to misunderstand something I said in all innocence. He was rude and dismissive and it left me very upset. I requested regular cups for our roo. because we didnt like using paper cups for our morning coffee. The morning receptionist had explained that they sometimes get rowdy guests who break glasses and cups, however he acknowledged that we were older (i am 74) so could be trusted. Thing is though, he forgot so when I asked the evening receptionist he was less than helpful. I told him what his colleague had said and told him "we are not going to smash anything. We are just normal people who don't go around doing thongs like that". He flew off the handle and was offended by me saying we were normal people. He insisted that by saying that, I was suggesting that he was not normal. English is my first language so I know what I said should not have been offensive, but he couldnt understand that and just kept shouting at me, saying I was rude. I cant believe that a staff member would treat a guest in this way. I am appalled.

The room was very small but clean, with an unbeatable location just steps from St. Pancras station—which was the main reason I booked it. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly throughout. We paid an extra £15 to check in early at 11:30am, which was convenient. The included breakfast exceeded expectations—well organized, fresh, and well stocked. However, there were a few drawbacks: a white ceiling light above the bed running the length of the entire wall could not be turned off, making it difficult to sleep as I prefer total darkness. The walls also seemed quite thin, as a neighboring guest knocked on our door at 11pm asking us to lower our TV volume, which wasn’t particularly loud. Overall, this hotel is a solid option for a quick overnight stay near the train station, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit or holiday.

We chose this hotel because we were taking the Eurostar to Paris from St Pancras. Initially, we were a little put off, in that there was absolutely no help with our bags, and the rooms are miniscule. However, it was very clean and it worked. Plenty of stuff around, including some excellent Indian food, just opposite King's Cross Station, plus a fascinating pub, a couple of doors up Grey's Inn Rd, where Bob Dylan played back in 1963.

Clean room modern room and property. Room was a bit on the small size. Not a fan of these types of rooms that only have a frosted glass stall door between the toilet and bed. Other than that it's a decent hotel near Kings Cross with basic breakfast, 24/7 front desk and was comfortable.

The rooms are very tight, washroom space is very tiny. They dont provide room services if you book less that 3 nights. You have to ask for change of towels and you have to ask for garbage removal. They charge for everything: early check in, storing the bags. No complimentary tea or coffee only for breakfast Their breaffast was nice and satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend it

Great location near King's Cross and St Pancras stations!! We like to walk and explore and found the location good for that, but the tube is also convenient! Breakfast was included if you book direct and available as an extra if not. Coffee machines in main area, plus a wine bar. Staff friendly and helpful. We chose a windowless room, very small like an inside cabin on a cruise ship, but perfect for our needs! Couple pubs near by, small convenience store across road.

Small yet functional. If all you need is a bed and bathroom for one night, this hotel is perfect. Yes the rooms are tiny, the shower is a 80cm × 80cm cube, but it does everything you need. My only gripe is the noise from the air con/air ducting. That kicks in at 6am and is loud!

We stayed here only for one night, the rooms are small but well equipped and clean. The only problem o had with them is that they don’t offer any services to their guests and they ask money for it. When we asked the to store our luggage for two hours till its time for us to leave they asked for money! When the other guest asked if early check in is available (only 1 hour early check in) they asked for money! We’ve been traveling a lot and this is the first time I encountered something like this. The fact that your hotel asks for money to provide you with any services was very odd.
