設施有點舊，大堂接待人員Nicolas常裝作聽不懂英語似的，請他拿Fork及說明要checkin都表示聽不懂，反而傍邊的同事表示明白。

A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly.

It's closer to the airport than we thought, only about 3mins by walk. And we love the bed. However, we found some stains on the quilt and the bottom of the hot water bottle was also very dirty. But yes, we still will choose it again if we need.

Really great service for three travellers travelling together. Totally unexpected but brilliant room allocation!! Food in the restaurant was also excellent!! Really great option for travelling from London Stansted!

This hotel is great, and a perfect place for travelers arriving to London late or departing early. As airport hotels go, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. My only wish is that they improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. It’s not terrible, but if you stay there you’re captive to the dining choices, and I have to believe they can be much better. The bar is great, however.

We booked online for a standard room and when we got to our room they gave us a handicapped room that was very awkward in the bathroom. The lady checking us in wasn’t very pleasant. Hotel was beautiful! It was quick, got in at 1130 at night and checked out at 7. The reason why we didn’t say anything about the handicapped room.

Service from front desk was lovely and kind Room felt a bit dated and dirty, with dusty carpets. Bathroom has dirty corners.

The accommodation was excellent, but it’s let down by the restaurant. We were spoken to quite rudely by the woman supervisor in the restaurant for trying to move to a different table. We then stayed where we were and noticed that we were served later than diners who had arrived after us. Added to this is the cost of the wine and food, which was frankly excessive considering the standard of the dishes served. This was our fourth visit to this hotel and the last two have been particularly disappointing. We will find an alternative on our next stop over at Stansted.

Only there overnight but the hotel staff were polite, friendly and ordered a taxi on our behalf. Happy with everything apart from the cost of parking which felt steep at £30 a day for hotel guests. £35 if not a guest.

Excellent location close to Stansted Airport. Stayed here several times before. Did not use restaurant this time but di did in the past and good. Great choice recommended

Die Hotel Lobby und der Service waren sehr gut, nur die Zimmer waren leicht abgenutzt und man könnte vielleicht ein paar Möbel Erneuern und das Bad bisschen sauberer putzen

Excellent stop over for early morning flights

Fin lobby, bar og spisested. Veldig praktisk og kort avstand til flyplass. Bassenget stenger altfor tidlig. Rommet var ikke så moderne og utsikt rett i en betongvegg 1 meter fra vinduet. Ikke vits å trekke vekk gardinene Rommet funker for en natt hvis man trenger overnatting pga flytur.
