設施有點舊，大堂接待人員Nicolas常裝作聽不懂英語似的，請他拿Fork及說明要checkin都表示聽不懂，反而傍邊的同事表示明白。

A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly.

It's closer to the airport than we thought, only about 3mins by walk. And we love the bed. However, we found some stains on the quilt and the bottom of the hot water bottle was also very dirty. But yes, we still will choose it again if we need.

Demande de réservation d'une chambre A DEUX LITS non respectée / Chambre située au dessus du groupe de climatisation extérieure très bruyant remplacée par une chambre de qualité inférieure / Thermostat réglé sur 24°C (avec enclenchement de la climatisation en cas de demande de baisse de température). Tout ceci est-il bien sérieux et bien "éco-responsable" de la part d'un hôtel de cette classe ??? A revoir...

Restaurant is not good. Please reopen the good one! I am a raddison club member and usually get an upgrade, but not here!

Staff very friendly use the spa and swimming pool nice and clean. Recommend if you got any early flight.

Good hotel pity WiFi was a pain in bar area trouble paying a bit embarrassing

The ground floor of the hotel Is pleasant to sit in and the breakfast was OK although the plates were cold for putting hot food on The room, however, was not clean and was poorly located near the hotel kitchens leading to a strong smell of cooking oil and loud noise from extractor fans, as the night wore on, making it very difficult to sleep. The staff also just laughed, at check out, when the above issues were given in answer to the question have you enjoyed your stay. Won’t be staying again.

Perfect for an overnight stay before a morning flight.

Check in and checkout both very easy and room was fine. Overall just felt quite dated, particularly the bathroom. Fine but nothing exciting.

Check-in slow seemed unable to find booking . Then our room was allocated to someone else luckily I needed to go back to room and found him entering our room , It took 20 mins to sort out at reception. Bar and food service pathetically slow . Room air conditioning sounded like a jet aircraft , advice from reception it’s the bathroom fan , felt very insulted ! Overall the Manchester Radisson is poor but Stansted is far worse , great location and infrastructure, ruined by totally inadequate staff.

Excellent stay when you have to catch an early flight

Ok, but disappointed with state of the toilet bowl which was stained had mould under the back rim. Poor flush too. Really didn’t expect this for what we paid. Previous experience has been good so this needs to be rectified.
