Best AC we experienced on the trip lol, only thing thing that sucked was the pool closes at 9

Lovely airport hotel with spacious rooms but a King bed in England is not the same as a king bed in North America.

Had a lovely stay earlier this week at The Sandman made all the better by the excellent customer service from Simon, Adriano and Evan. Hotel is in a great location and bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again. Well done team Sandman 😃

Convenient quiet hotel with good access and parking - big rooms with full amenities and comfortable beds- bar and restaurant served good quality dishes

A group of 8 of us stayed at the Sandman Signature Gatwick at the beginning and end of our UK trip, 2 nights each time. On our first arrival, we had requested early check-in, if possible. The hotel was able to accommodate all 3 families with early check in. Which was much appreciated after our overnight flight from Canada. The hotel is approximately a 10 minute drive from Gatwick airport. A note that if you need a cab service back to Gatwick book it at the hotel it is a money saver. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming and had all of us checked in within minutes. Rooms were spacious, beds super comfortable and excellent water pressure in the shower. All of our group mentioned how quiet the hotel was for sleeping purposes. We ate in both the bar and the restaurant. Great service and friendly staff. The bartender was able to give us some tips on accessing the Three Bridges train station and getting to the nearby Tesco superstore. The pool was a refreshing welcome after a long day sightseeing in London. The coffee machine in the main lobby was the star of the trip and the caffeine lovers in the group were excited to return for the last two days and reacquaint themselves with the self-serve machine with so many choices. We would highly recommend this hotel, we had an excellent stay on both occasions and should we ever return that way again would choose to stay at this location.

liked everything but location

Receptionist wasn't welcoming & walked off without asking if we'd mind waiting. Returned after a few minutes & was very monotone. Parking was more expensive than advertised but she wouldn't have it so we were forced to pay. There was no offer of help with our luggage. The hotel itself is lovely inside & the room was nice. We could see the planes taking off which was exciting for the children. It served its purpose but won't be rushing back.

It's very close to Gatwick Airport , perfect for stay over. Easy access by Uber, I have the breakfast included with the room which is much more convenient for me since I didn't rent a car. For dinner, if you don't want to go out, there's a bar and restaurant which are decent. I looked into Uber Eat, the ones I like are pretty far away and might take up to 45min to deliver, so I skipped. I went to Crawley town center area with less than 10 pounds Uber one way, not very exciting area, but I got to kill couple of hours before my next flight time.

I will and can't wait to return to this property! It was a great base for my family and I for our stay near Gatwick airport. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfy. The staff was great, and even had a nice restaurant and bar. We did partake in breakfast, and it was sooo good - a great buffet style English breakfast, including tomatoes, mushrooms, and blood sausage. Plus there is an all-day cappuccino maker! We also ate well at a nearby pub.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was a very high end hotel at a budget friendly price.

Loved how welcoming the staff were especially in the bar ! Super pleasant and fun:) Also loved the pool and sauna !

It was a gem in the neighborhood and its under renovation but it did not interfere with our quiet time. The updated rooms are small but modern and clean. They served a hot breakfast on the roof top terrace, and it was excellent! I would definitely go back again . Thanks to all the staff!

Close walk to train station. Spent day in London. Very good breakfast. Nice big room.
