We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.

Hotel is exactly what it is meant to be a transitional place to stay while to avoid missing an important flight. It is functional at best. Where it is awful is the Resturant. Terrible food at exorbitant prices . £150 for 3 small pizzas, 1 ceaser salad, some chicken wings and drinks. The salad was sent back and they knocked the price off the bill but still charged the service charge which was the price of the salad. Complete rip off for families if they want to eat. Staff are friendly but apart from that it is functional at best.

Nice hotel. Easy access for Gatwick. Hotel staff very pleasant.

The hotel was clean and the service was great. The only item that let the hotel down was the noisy air conditioning in the room.

We loved the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfy and clean Shower didn't work properly and furnishings were tired looking. TV signal didn't work which was disappointing for kids who wanted to chill watching TV after long day.

The location of the property was good being close to the airport however they need to maintain the rooms… not very clean and the first room we were given the ceiling was leaving water - thankfully they changed the room however the next room we were given the shower taps could not be adjusted and the water was set on extremely hot - had to wash hair in the sink.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was much larger that we expected. Lovely stay

No water or lotion in the room. Front desk a bit unpleasant in the am. Bought water from front desk...

Handy good hotel near Gatwick, great for visiting family in Crawley. Bathroom a bit dirty or old , not sure which. Would stay again

The room was so dusty, i couldnt stop sneezing, thick layer of dust on surfaces. Sofa had what looked like food stuck on it so had to sit on the bed. Food in the restaurant was nice, although i would say limited in choice. They had to reprint bill 3 times as i was charged incorrectly. I booked this hotel as it had a pool, but was very shallow, couldnt properly swim as very small and busy. Car park was additional £10. Love that theres a coffee machine in lobby to help yourself. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere just shame it needs a really good clean

The check in and the room were nice. It went downhill when we went downstairs to order food which took nearly an hour to arrive and was poor quality and overpriced. Just after midnight the fire alarm went off, the hotel evacuated and it defended into a farce. The staff had no control over the situation, had people gather in the path of the arriving fire services to do a half hearted roll call with no idea of who was still in the building. When the fire service cleared the alarm there was no announcement that it was safe to return, the message was spread by word of mouth from the guests. Serious training in emergency situations is required by the staff and they need to relocate the fire assembly point to an area in the car park that has lighting and away from the entrance.

Breakfast was OK but not great, and the food in the bar is OK at best.

Highly recommend
