The whole process at Sofitel - from booking, to online check in, to arriving to collect room keys - was easy and efficient.
Our stay was the start of our honeymoon, and the staff had left a message of congratulations in the room with sweet treats. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother.
There are different dining options available and we had booked Vanda (the Chinese). The food was delicious but very pricey.

Stayed at Sofitel between flights and it was very convenient. Was able to take our luggage cart from the airport right up to our room. Allowed us early checkin which was much appreciated

You can’t drive to the hotel without paying!!!
We were very disappointed to get a £60 fine for dropping the bags.
No one told us that the car drop off bay to drop the bags was inside the NCP pay area! So we got a £60 fine…
After speaking to the hotel they said it wasn’t there problem and wouldn’t speak to NCP..

Humming noise in room. Checked air con, sockets etc… no! Gave up and rang down at 1am to be offered a new room when we were leaving at 4am. Asked them to check sound twice with no call back with further info from reception. Gave a polite review on check out to be told by a very disagreeable employee that we were offed a change. When I again explained the lack of info she said well what did you expect. No need to be rude and no, I won’t be booking again or giving positive review. Very upset!

We stayed to get a good night sleep before having a long haul flight. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable, the room was so hot no air conditioning just a fan. The bedding is just like a marshmallow making you so hot and uncomfortable. Will never book this hotel again

A short stay before an early flight. Check in was quick and efficient. Room clean and comfortable. The parking we had booked separately was in the hotel car park and check in at north terminal was a short walk the next day. It worked out perfectly.
