My flight was cancelled so booked this last minute for me and my family. They checked me into a room that was occupied, but luckily the other guest had the chain on the door. The hotel didn't seem too bothered then put me into another room with only 1 bed for 3 guests. After going back to reception, they did bring another one within 10 minutes

Great location for flights from Gatwick North Terminal, connected to the terminal so if it was raining you don’t need to go outside. Very nice rooms and couple of options for eating and drinking. Friendly staff

Stay ruined by awful service in the restaurant, 40 minutes to be served a drink, 60 minutes for a starter and 90 to see your main, wasn't even busy and felt like our main had been forgotten until we questioned it's whereabouts, Unsurprisingly bill appeared much quicker! On pointing out I wasn't paying a service charge got a slightly arsey manager who didn't see to care or understand. We've stayed before but doubt would again.

We had been at this hotel several times. The staff is great but we were so disappointed about the cleanness this time, in particular the bathroom had handprints on the walls and the door. Doesn’t make you feel like you are in a clean area.
