Just stayed one night with family pre flight.
Excellent service throughout.
Had a good quality breakfast and pizza at the bar the evening before.
I used the machine to pay for my parking. Mistake. Pay at the reception as it’s £11 cheaper and they validate it before you exit.

Convenient hotel for departures from north terminal. Comfortable bed was the highlight. Shower screen needs to be longer to stop shower spraying into bathroom.
Bar food was mediocre - went for fish and chips and the chips were cold, fish was very thin. Slow service - more staff needed to keep up with customers. Didn’t receive VIP benefits (waiting staff did not use my coupon despite telling them I had one but I didn’t have the energy to correct them after I’d paid).
