We were attending a show which was a 5 minute walk away so the Arden was in the perfect location.
Staff were lovely, room was clean and very comfortable and we loved the bar. The food was great, we would highly recommend staying here.

I booked for just one night whilst working in the area, if suited me well, good parking, very sensible bar and food prices.
In fact I liked it so much I have booked in again next week !!!.

The room was not comfortable enough. The bed other things in the room was too old .i thought what i paid for was SPA inclusive but nobody was there to really explain to us.There was nothing to really enjoy during my stay. The breakfast was nice but i thought it was inclusive as well. I was made to pay for it and i wasn't really happy about it.

The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The room was very small and outdated, with small damages in the furniture. There was only one towel in the room despite the booking being for two people and the kettle was broken.
Also, the bathroom door has glass panelling leaving no privacy between guests when in the bathroom.

Not the most glamorous views from this hotel, positioned between a petrol station and a business park, but great once you arrive. Free parking (barrier controlled).
When you enter the reception atrium, it feels like an upmarket hotel, an impression helped by the efficient and friendly reception staff.
Room was entirely satisfactory and in good condition.
Easy to walk to Birmingham International station (15 mins, ask for directions) and then another 5 mins to NEC down covered corridors.
Full English Breakfast is comprehensive, if not cheap, and recommended.
I doubt anyone would regret booking this hotel.
