Nice hotel, with plenty of free parking.
Within walking distance of the NEC, BP Pulse Arena and Resort World and also the train station and airport.
Room was nice, clean and spacious, complimentary toiletries and a very well stocked tea tray.
Good Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
Nice bar and restaurant which was reasonably priced. Breakfast is buffet style and very well stocked. Food was beautiful.
On site gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which is free to use for all hotel residents.
All staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Will definitely stay here again.

I have a blue badge and was unable to use the disabled car parking spaces as they had been taken up by non blue badge holders who had taken advantage of the park and fly offers which the hotel promote. Also the disabled parking places are further away from the hotel entrance than some other parking places.

Easy efficient check-in.
Room was spacious with plenty of room for two.
Noticed water on the floor in the bathroom between the toilet pan & side wall - mopped it up with toilet paper - but it reappeared a few hours later.

Our room was spotless and we were very pleased. We used the pool and found the floor in this area could have done with a good clean. Overall the facility is very good just a shame about the floor.

The hotel is very dated, which would be okay, if it was at least clean. Dust, black mould, splattered greesy walls in the breakfast area. If I could rate a zero star for cleanliness, I would.

Enjoyed a brilliant one night stay. Reception staff were helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Used the complimentary spa facilities and that was clean and everything to temperature. Staff there were polite and attentative. Bar food was fresh and plentiful, so was breakfast. Breakfast staff were very polite. It seemed all the staff were genuinely enjoying their jobs and giving good customer service.
Only downside was although there were blackout curtains, they were too far away from window and took short - sunrise lit up the room, so to speak.
In the eco side of things, having a refillable hand soap/shower gel on wall instead of little tubes would be better, I think.

Super convenient for the resorts world venue. Food was lovely. Its a little tired but overall a good stay.
staff were super helpful.
Breakfast was good selection, plenty avaialble and fresh out.
We had issue with the fire alarm in our room going off at reception (not in room) so they kept having to check in with us, suspect steam from shower but was a bit annoying as kept happening. X

Really beautiful place to stay. I went to the Pulse and I have osteoarthritis and was a bit worried about walking there,but it's literally round the corner.
Staff very friendly and attentive. Room very clean. Plenty of tea and coffee which is good. Nice shower products. Very good for other places near the train stations and the airport. Restaurants look great I did not use them. But I would highly recommend and will book again if needed. Thankyou.
