A great place to stay for the NEC. Emma was particularly helpful as we had booked a second night later in my partner’s name, which looked complicated! Parking was also excellent, with easy walk to NEC. And excellent breakfasts- what more could you want?! We’ll be back.

clean，but old. The carpet seems new. Bathroom had been renovated. When I went into the roo，you could smell a old hotel odour. Price was not that expensive，overall I rated 65 out of 100.

The Room smell really bad, sure is someone been vomit before because we check in at a late time around 9p.m cause of our flight delay, so we didnt bother to change, but it was a really bad experience.

Very easy access to the airport and convenient access from the motorway. The building and room are quite old, but not too bad. Located in room 163, which was located in the farthest corner of the building - quitea long walk.

Staff super friendly, facilities well kept. Bed has seen better days and the bathroom fan made a noise like a Lancaster bomber on tick over. Pool was well kept and clean with towels provided if needed.

easy to walk to Resorts world only 5 mins Room was above the bar where smokers outside kept me awake until gone midnight by talking loudly. Windows need to be triple glazing as could hear people talking outside and planes taking off from nearby airport. In this day and age no air cons in the rooms!

Lovely stay overnight before flying out for are honeymoon. Wanted a nice hotel to start are holiday and definitely had that. Food and service were fantastic. Help out with what we needed would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay for a weekend.Staff are amazing .Restaurant food a bit lack lustre for the prices especially the starter and dessert (15 minute wait for 1 liquour coffee that should have been brought out with the other dessert- thought it had been forgotton) Noise of the trains and carpark is constant at night but overall a great stay

Stayed here ahead of a flight, a little dated but nice enough, clean, I booked through Expedia, but parking options can be very expensive onsite which I was not aware of. Sort parking out before going to the hotel.

Our room was quieter this time as it was on the opposite side of the hotel. Room seemed nicer. However, the room was very hot as no temperature control facilities in this room. We ate in the restaurant - the lamb shank was amazing. Pool and sauna etc were quiet which was nice.
