Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa

Chose the hilton because of the hilton name. Paid extra for beachfront room turns out there're all beach front didn't need to spend the extra. 4 days in the air-conditioning stop working rang reception. No response next day went to duty manger moved rooms to an apartment then that flooded. Not a lot of maintenance going on would never stay in a hilton again. Disappointing

Allocated room was not fit for occupation, however they provided altenate rooms. This proved to be perfect and the management & staff bent backwards to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Will vist again.

Everything is excellent ! We need to change the room due to some electrical problem, AC was not working and no hot water ! Otherwise all is well !

We loved it. Everyone was so lovely and the staff were incredible. I loved the detail in the rooms and the care taken. The hotel staff made the experience so lovely, on top of the fantastic amenities and options. We enjoyed the pools , food and beauty of the place.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the buffet breakfast is the best we've ever had and fully worth the price, the adults-only area was a perfect quiet spot. It was the low season so it was not crowded. But what took the cake was the staff. We visited several other Denarau resorts for meals and to take looks around, and nowhere else did we feel as welcomed as we did at the Hilton. We stayed there for 8 days/7 nights and by the 3rd day, many staff members knew and called us by name, everyone greeted us warmly wherever we went, and that definitely also rubbed up on guests. I miss saying "Bula!" dozens of times every day! Special mentions to David, Eparna and Mereoni who were genuinely the nicest, friendliest people we encountered, although the entire staff was amazing.

This is property is showing its age but was still comfortable. Beautiful setting.

Have stayed her before and will continue to stay here every time I come back to Fiji (Nadi). It's a beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing. The only thing I was upset about was the change of menu at Koro, bring back the meatballs and panfried halloumi.

Hilton is ok as all the rooms face the ocean. But building is getting old, other hotels in the are looked nicer.

Great food! Great actual breakfast food buffet every morning! The bacon was impeccable! The staff was incredibly friendly, loved everything about the resort! Would stay again 10/10!

We really enjoyed our visit to the Hilton Denerau firstly for the location and outstanding facilities but the most amazing thing about this place is the people. From the minute you arrive every staff member is awesome and friendly. It really makes the holiday memorable.

Everyone here was so lovely and welcoming! I felt at home here and can’t wait to come back!

Go to the Sheraton, I used the bulla bus and can say everything there is waaaaay better esp spa, gym, pool and food this resort offers NOTHING that the others don’t. The bad However I can say the Spa was one of the worst experience causing visible pain/injuries. The wifi does not work in the rooms. Room service change the sheets everyday but one day there was blood. The pool is not clean particularly after rain The gym is small and minimal

Property and facilities were wonderful. The staff, like all Fijians, were extremely friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was not as widely available in the room or around the property. Hot water was inconsistent.

The area was safe but definitely need more shade on pools and walk ways

The property was immaculate, the staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! I truly can’t say enough about our stay here. The adult only section was quiet and respectful. We stayed in a room on the ground floor with a beach floor. Honestly, it was like a dream come true at a bargain price!

When we arrived at property staff was amazing. But no welcome drink served then i ask about water they say we just run out water .the reception of hilton did not represent the brand feels like a two star property reception. Any way we check in to our room 3407 many things looks and feel very old .i was scared to touch few things because it start falling. Free wifi is very bad you even lost connection some time .how ever after staying there for almost 3 days i request front office for a complimentary upgrade gladly they did that but same story continues here room no.305 bathrooms sink was blocked. They did fix that .door hinge was broken (lock) .funny one is toilet was broken too if you sit on toilet and you move left to right it moves with you .to be very honest property needs renovation. This small things taking brand value down i stayed in hilton before and hope they can fix this .they can go to those rooms and actually check this maintenance work what i said. However i want to mention few people SAI at the front office and WATI at the breakfast you guys gone extra mile for guests and feel them home .overall the staff was incredible Thank you
