Our room was small but spotless and comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated on a hot day in what is supposed to be the Arctic capital! We recommend the affordably excellent restaurant. Great breakfast buffet as well.

Fantastisk fornøyd! Utrolig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig resepsjonist! Bare smil å møte, da vi spurte om det var mulig å fryse kjøleelementene våre. Nydelig frokost med det lille ekstra, som friske bær i porsjonsglass og tilbud om alkoholfrie meget smakfulle bobler i champagneglass! Kvalitetsprodukter på badet. Stort pluss med kjøleskap på rommet og gratis parkering. Med så mange plusser betyr det ingenting at innredningen er litt mørk. Kommer svært gjerne tilbake!

Only thing bad about this hotel is too noisy, you can hear all the noise from the street. The hotel even provide the ear plugs for the customers to use. It is very funny.

這是一個完全很糟糕的很小型飯店，設備都很差又髒，房間的電視跟電水壺上全都灰塵，廁所非常小，淋浴的排水會積水，當你每次洗澡時。
早餐也很爛，選擇少，完全沒服務。
飯店櫃檯服務也等於沒服務，因爲您需要的她都跟您說她們沒有，不然就是叫您自己處理！好比，請她們打電話幫忙叫計程車，她叫您自己用您自己的手機打國際電話叫她們當地計程車，櫃檯說她們沒有幫人家打電話叫車服務，那還真不懂她們的用處在哪？問10件事沒有一件她們可以幫的，所以完完全全不推薦各位入住，請三思！加上它的地點不是像它網路上寫的這麼優。
