Hilton Helsinki Airport

The hotel's airport proximity was convenient for our early flight. However, it lacked basic amenities like slippers and toothbrushes, and a large gap under the shower door caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor and causing mess. Overall, the provisions were average, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

- staff was unhelpful, we travelled internationally into Helsinki with 4 large luggages. When we asked whether they have luggage service we were told they are “very busy” at the moment and so cannot help with our luggages. I have never in my life been told by a hotel (let alone a Hilton hotel) that they cannot assist with luggages. - they charge you for every single thing. If you want room service, it’s an extra 15 euros service fee just for them bringing up the food. This is obviously in addition to already paying for room service priced food. I have never seen an extra charge for room service just for bringing up the food - is the whole point of room service not having the food brought up to you. We were told that we may be able to pick up the food ourselves in the reception to waive that fee, but they were not sure and told us to check with the restaurants ourselves. If the fee was 5 euros I can live with it but 15 is extortionate, when the simplest pasta with tomato sauce on their room service menu costs 26 euros and a pan fried breadcrumb sole (basically fancy way to say fish and chips???) costs 35 euros. - The water in the room is not complimentary unless you are a diamond gold or silver member, which is fine - but they cost 6 euros a bottle, which is not. -Not sure what service this hotel is providing other than stuffing you in a room with a bed, but whatever little “service” they have (I can’t point to any really) is abysmal.

酒店距離機場客運大樓幾分鐘，需要經過一些戶外區域才能夠到達。酒店整體保持得不錯。前台工作人員登記入住時的工作甚有效率。位於大堂的餐廳的食物質素很好，值得一試。房間算是寬敞且舒適，但是洗手間和房間時間的燈因為不能夠獨立開關而對於睡眠有點影響。另外，床頭的時鐘也沒有正確顯示冬令時間，而房間的樽裝水也不是免費（酒店高級會員除外），稍嫌有點太吝嗇。此外，有些房間也距離電梯有點遠。可是，整體來說是一家不錯的酒店。

Great stay especially with an early flight out - highly recommended

This was our 2nd time to book this hotel. There are other options near by Helsinki Airport, but my husband and I really like this hotel with the price range. Especially private sauna in the room.

What a pleasant stay, the staff, the food, the service, room condition and everything. No bottled water, no toothpaste felt a bit off.

The property is excellent and good value. Offering late checkout, without a massive hourly fee would make it perfect, especially considering location to the airport.

So very convenient to the airport and reception staff quite friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast service and selection as well.

Very easy to get to at airport. Arrived at 2340 to HEL. In hotel room by 0015. Very comfortable bed.

I ended up in a room with feathers, which I am allergic to. The staff quickly put in a hypo-allergenic room. The staff was courteous.

Perfect for an overview stay either prior too, or after travelling into Helsinki. Hotel lovely and only a short 5 min walk from the Terminal building. Hotel was lovely as were the rooms - exactly what you'd want for an overnight. Only gripe was the cost of food in the hotel for evening meal (with a family) - which even for an airport hotel, was extortionate. We had read-up and there is a shopping mall about 10 mins away from the hotel called Jumbo, and you can get the bus, which is a 2 min journey from the hotel - and that has a wide range of eating options.

Very convenient to the airport, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Clueless check in. Knew nothing. Spoke inaudibly. No water in room and wanted 10€ for two small bottles. No! Breakfast was 66€ for two. Again no. Basic burger dinner was 27€ - that's still a lot. These extorting negatives ruined it over the positives. Treat customers less like walking wallets. Never again.

Hotel perfecto para una escala en el aeropuerto de Helsinki. Habitación muy amplia, cama grande y cómoda. Precio razonable.

Excellent service & convenient. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean.
