It is amazing, wonderful, comfortable accommodation. My family like this hotel very much. There is sauna inside the house, we like this facility very much. After one day ski activity, we went back to the house and enjoy the sauna. It is so relaxing and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided many kinds of dishes, it is good and tasty. In conclusion, I will choose this hotel again for next time.

No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours.

It is too far away from the city centre, you must go by the taxi. The wooden house design cool and you can enjoy the nature quite here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. If they can provide the shuttle bus to city centre or Santa Claus village will be better.

這次在飯店周遭都在整修路面.花了很長一段時間找到飯店！不過很值得.因為到達飯店.整個飯店讓我們感到溫馨舒服.浴室裡附設了一個桑拿房.夜間使用後.讓旅行的疲憊整個大大的放鬆！

Kaikki sujui hienosti, mökki oli siisti ja rauhallinen. Aamupala ihan huippu. Ainut puute oli wc:n bidee-suihkun puuttuminen. Sijainti oli meille sopiva, golfkentän kupeessa.

This has potential to be a 5 star property and they advertise as a luxury property, but it's really bare bones. Amenities such as soap poor (one dispenser in bathroom for sink and one for shower but not good quality), the kitchen scantily stocked. But quiet and clean and a 10 minute Uber to the Santa Claus Village or Rovaniemi. We arrived late and had to walk in the dark down an icy path to our accommodation - a ride would have been nice. Breakfast was OK, staff a little grumpy. Best part was the on site Sauna - worth every penny and there is a food truck parked right next to it. Would probably stay again were I to go to the area, as the choices not great for Rovaniemi (and not much in the town to offer).

The rooms are very small, with the beds taking up almost all the space.
There is no sound insulation at all between the rooms. We could clearly hear conversations, TV, and other noises from the neighboring room, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax.
There is also no smell insulation. The strong smell of food from the next room filled our entire space, making it very uncomfortable. The odor was so intense that it lingered for hours.
Parking is convenient, but sometimes non-guests park in front of the house, which can be inconvenient.
There are no bathrobes. The bathrooms and kitchen are outdated and in need of renovation. The sauna is very basic and does not feel modern or well-designed.
There are no blackout curtains, only blinds, which do not block the light properly, making the room too bright in the morning.

Didn't realize that the cabin was so far away from the main lodge and would have to cross a street for breakfast buffet. The room was ok, the stairs leading upstairs were more like a ladder, use caution booking if someone has mobility issues. The sauna in the bathroom was very nice.
