Everything was excellent, great restaurant, great view, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room. The only issue was the construction noise from the new music hall Fuuga immediately on the opposite side of the river, which began at 6:30 am. Not the hotel's fault, but let's hope that noise ends soon.

Loved the hotel, staff and location.
This was my second time staying here and I thought I booked the same type of room. I guess I didn't. I highly recommend upgrading your booking a little. It wasn't much of a price difference but it was a big difference in rooms.

The hotel is in an excellent location next to the river and very close to the town centre. We were made to feel very welcome by everyone we met at the hotel.

Staff are great. But they have a major issue with housekeeping. I mean big issues. They dont clean the room they just flatten your bedsheets! Towels stay unchanged. No vacuum. Laundry you have to take it down to reception! And you have to ask for it the next day. If i visit next time i will definitely not go to this hotel. Sorry.
