Staffs are kind and helpful. The location is good for us, 10-15 minutes walking time to train station and coast. The surrounding area is very convenient, you can find bakery, restaurants, shops and tram station. The building itself is not new but interior is quite ok. Generally, it's a nice place to recommend!

the first day, when I check in, it's about 1:30 pm, the front desk still try to find a room for me to live in. very very friendly~~~Because the price is cheap, so I don't expect too much service. I asked for hot drinking water in the afternoon(about six pm), but I wait for a whole night, still have nothing....
