I booked this hotel on 13-17/Apr 2020
However, I can not check in on that day because of COVID-19.
I asked them that can we cancel the booking with all refund,
they rejected. After that, I asked again and give another suggestion, which is changing the date. But they did not answer anything.
Totally three times!!

The hotel lobby and cafeteria were decent, but the rooms were extremely cramped and not clean. The comforter covers had slits, exposing the blankets underneath, which looked dirty and unhygienic. The shower floor had a sticky, gooey residue that appeared while using it, which was very unpleasant. Water pressure was acceptable, but the beds were uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel for families.
