The hotel location was very excellent close to the CDG airport and very easy to find this hotel from the airport. The hotel staff were warm heated Arief and Jessica. I loved the breakfast cuisines provide very nice and outstanding! Merci Beaucoup Holoday Inn Express 😇💖

A few things for this property that I think should be shared. The air-conditioning in rooms had been off for several days, I think 4. I went to the desk to " get assistance getting it to work but was told after I had checked in and settled that there was No A/C yet in Paris. I had just been in Paris and there surely A/C. I really appreciate the straight story. It was a cool night and I could open the window wide as the planes stopped. Also there is no regular shuttle as advertised. They have to Call ahead to have an outside service come and bring you to the correct terminal. This wasted an hour and cost 8 euros for what was meant to be regular service. I want to know that the service offered will be provided.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great with the service and food. Airport shuttle was available has needed to take us to the terminal. The room was very clean and quiet with the view of the airport terminals.
