Nice hotel. Well located. Friendly staff.
Some rooms are not accessible by elevator, only by a lot of stairs. A spiral staircase. It was not easy to carry both suitcases up there. Knowing that before booking, I would have selected another room or place a special request.

Hotel Hannong remains an excellent choice, as I stayed here in March 2025 and also several times a number of years ago (2016-2018) for work. Friendly staff who speak English well, a well detailed, clean property, and an excellent breakfast. Would stay again for sure.

Very nice property in Strasbourg. Great location, excellent staff and service. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of choices. The wine bar and lounge area was a great place to relax. The shower was amazing and among the best I've experienced. Would for sure stay here again.

Very conveniently located hotel, 10 minute walk to Strasbourg main railway station and close to trams and buses. This seems an older building but sympathetically modernised. Staircase and dining room are beautiful. As you may expect in a city hotel, my room was small but functional, although a bit stuffy. Staff were helpful and polite. Cathedral and places of interest nearby, as are restaurants and Cafes. Good place to stay for a night or 2 in a beautiful city.

My stay at the Hannong Hotel in Strasbourg was fabulous—a truly splendid experience.
I arrived late on Friday night and was warmly welcomed by Alexander and Manon, who were friendly, helpful, and informative. I also really appreciated the upgrade from a single to a double room. Though compact, it was thoughtfully designed, featuring a glass-enclosed shower, a kettle with tea, a safe, a mini fridge, and wardrobe space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linen ensuring a great night’s sleep.
The hotel bar was beautiful and relaxing, with wonderful service. The location was fantastic, just 10 minutes from the cathedral and train station, and surrounded by great bars, lounges, and restaurants.
Beyond that, the hotel itself is stunning, with gorgeous decor and artwork. I stayed on the third floor and loved walking down the stairs, admiring the elegant design.
Overall, I have nothing but praise for this hotel. A truly memorable stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

Beautiful 1920s building with great breakfast, comfortable beds, and a view of the street below. Super walkable and easy to get to all of the sights and train station. Highly recommend.

It was definitely NOT soundproof. We could hear the muffled conversations of people in the room next door and a lot of noise from the street from people who had very much enjoyed the Christmas market gluhwein.
Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel was lovely. Staff were kind and helpful.
