I arrived late at night and my check in was very fast. Close to the T7 tram, just s short walk away. The shuttle the next day was fast. I would stay here again.

We had an excellent experience here from the start when our hotel bus driver arrived and when we saw the beyclean room. We were offered cold refreshments at check in and the staff was super friendly and informative. We went to the restaurant for a delicious dinner and the gym to do some exercise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a fabulous experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are arriving and departing from the Orly airport they offer a free shuttle. The breakfast was delicious. They run a very clean and neat hotel.

The hotel was nice. Ease of check in was fine except the front desk staff was not cordial. I felt ignore by them at times. A staff of East Indian descent scolded me when I didn’t realize the coffee at the front desk was not self serve. I felt embarrassed in front of others.
The location was very good and the rooms were inviting but the front desk staff needs to provide better customer service.

We stayed 2 nights. The A/C in the room didn’t work and the temperature in the room was 30 degrees Celsius. We asked another room but they said the hotel was full. So it was a terrible night. The next day they gave us another room and everything was fine and working. The breakfast didn’t worth the money.

We arrived very late and were welcomed with a big smile and our room keys within a minute, excellent. Small downside was parking, not wanting to be rude and take a disabled space, we squeezed and I mean squeezed into a corner. Some terrible parking which looked like the cars had been abandoned!!

this is absolutely a budget hotel and they need to improve on the housekeeping. the elevator is so small you cause inhale all the oxygen while you’re in there alone. we did utilize the shuttle even though it left at 5:30 and not five. walkable to the bus station. but I would never stay here again

The rooms are old and need to be updated. The bath room has a commercial toilet paper dispenser and the room has no HVAC. It was 90F and the HVAC blew warm air so I opened the window which was little help and let the highway sounds and bugs in. The restaurant next store is very expensive, mist dishes cost more than my room. This would have been fine but the food was terrible.

One overnight stay for convenience to airport. Parking is a real issue. Onsite restaurant seriously over crowded. We had to go elsewhere for an evening meal but were obliged to take our car. Although alternative restaurants were not far we both have mobility difficulties owing to our age.
Air conditioning in room did not work. We were uncomfortable sleeping overnight.

When our Uber driver pulled up to the hotel, I honestly thought it was a joke. The outside looks poverty stricken. I told the driver that I don't stay in such hotels. However, even though the glass doors to the lobby were shattered, the interior was clean and pleasant. The staff were amazing and we're much better with English than I am at French. Overall, the hotel was similar to a Red Roof in. The stay was a success regardless of the curb appeal.
