C'est la première fois que je laisse un avis sur Hotels.com, simplement pour signaler que mon séjour s'est très très bien passé.
La chambre était certes très petite, mais il n'y manquait rien de ce qui peut faire un séjour confortable, et il n'y avait aucun petit ou gros défaut qui pourrait occuper négativement votre esprit pendant votre séjour.
Les plus : très près de la gare, et encore plus du métro. Beaucoup de restos autour pour tous les goûts et budgets, à deux pas des Champs Libres et à trois pas du Colombier. Salle de bain très très pratique et confortable. Réception serviable, pas mesquine, ouverte 24/7 (et avec des bonbons...). Bagagerie. Bref, très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Les moins : honnêtement rien pour ma part, à part la taille de la chambre, mais pour moi c'était en fait suffisant pour une nuit.

Very comfortable stay in city centre. Bed in exec room was superking and really comfortable so we slept very well! The bathroom was adequate, clean with a fantastic shower. The towels were a bit small but honestly value for money wise our stay was excellent.

Carpets are in bad conditions. WC seat as well. All night there was a noise caused by a pipe or something else. The mattress was not even. Mini split did not work….. not a good experience

Comfy bed, quiet room, a bit spartan for the desk size but functional. Would need a bit more clearance for international travellers with adapters. Wifi was a bit haphasard but when working was fine. Food was very good. Staff very friendly.

Our room smelled of cigarettes. The toilet seat was cracked and unhygienic. The door handle came off. It was impossible to close the shower door. There was a fire alarm but the member of staff broke all the rules in dealing with the incident. The hotel is like a rabbit warren with rooms crammed in. The shower room was so cramped it was difficult to do anything. Litter on the floor when we arrived was still there when we left. A fire door was propped open. This is not worthy of 3 stars and should be removed from Hotels.com as not worthy of recommendation.

The family room description is misleading because the 2 twin beds are actually a sofa bed. The restroom door knob was broken. They use an archaic door key, which was very annoying to carry around. The room looks worn out and I desperate need for a remodel. This is more like a 2 star motel rather than a 3 star hotel

This hotel has no elevator. We had flies in our room even though we put a sign on our door knob both days to not clean the room, more flies got into the room. That's disgusting! - Our GPS was unable to get the car in front of the hotel, we tried it over and over again for 20 minutes. Finally we schlepped our 3 heavy suitcases about 500 meters to the hotel, then found a parking garage for our rental car.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only issues I had were a) the mould and grunge on the bottom inside of the shower door and b) that all the pillows were too thick and hard which hampered sleep. I had to create my own pillow from towels. Otherwise the hotel is clean and well located

The location was practical and the price was reasonable. I did expect more for an "executive room", which was what we reserved. The room we got was more like a basic double room that had a very limited window size opening, making it difficult to air out the room and enjoy a view. The service was fine, the breakfast tasty with friendly and helpful staff. The seafood restaurant right next door was excellent. A choice of eating options and take out was varied and available opposite the train station, just a few meters' walk from the hotel. Overall a very good choice for our two nights' stay.

I have just checked in and they took a deposit for the room. I arrived to find cigarette burns in the carpet, a big bleach stain also in the carpet. Overall, the room is in need of painting and a deep clean. Very disapointed to say thw least.

Welcoming staff, spacious and clean room, lovely breakfast with a local and homemade touch, conveniently located by the train station and within walking distance from the city centre.
Our king size bed was comfortable but not so much the sofa bed for our kids. We had to shut the window in the morning due to the smell of cigarette coming from outside, the bathroom was basic.

Great location near the train station and about a 12-15 min. walk to lots of good restaurants in the town center. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I plan to stay here again when in Rennes.
