Good Budget Hotel
Hotel has all amenities necessary for a short overnight stay. Rooms are tiny but practical. Private bathrooms (in certain rooms) are bright and clean with a good shower. Breakfast is continental style with sufficient choices, including fresh fruit. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Airport Shuttle from IBIS/Novotel chain is convenient and reliable. Hotel can be recommended for younger folks as well as seniors like us who travel on a budget.

We booked the hotel because it’s close to CDG airport. The place was clean but is exceedingly small. I would not recommend this hotel unless you can handle almost no space to move around. The airport shuttle is handy but they charge €4 and they charge for baggage. It’s cheaper to order an Uber if there’s more than two people travelling.

I didn’t sleep with a blanket at this hotel because I wasn’t given one. The room was freezing so I turned up the heater to max and I was still freezing. I had put the do not disturb sign in the front of my door and I was still disturbed by staff. I didn’t realize this was WAYYYY out of my way from Paris so I Ubered to the train station to the hotel everytime. Such an inconvenience.

The shuttle service for €4 to/from the hotel area was greatly appreciated. The hours of service for the shuttle were good.
While the room/ bathroom were small, the area was clean and served me well considering the price, the proximity to the airport and the price.
Having the in-room bathroom was a major bonus.

My family and I were on a 19 hour layover in Paris and needed a place to lay our head for the night so we booked this place for that purpose. We arrived at the property and after checking in, we were told that we had to share bathrooms with other guests. My wife and I had to pay extra to have room with our own bathroom/shower and had our kids and family member come to our room whenever they needed to use the bathroom and to take a shower. With respect to third world countries, this is something I expect in a 3rd world country, not a modern country such as France. Sharing bathrooms/showers with strangers? Really?
The rooms were so small we there was really no place for our luggage, so thanks be to God that we only had our carry-ons with us. The shower in me and my wife's room was smaller than a shower in a cruise ship. Needless to stay, we only stayed there since it was one night, but that will never happen again. This "hotel" should advertise that guests will have to share bathrooms/shower with other guests (strangers) or must pay extra for a private shower in their room.
We couldn't even get a blanket or extra pillow in our rooms. When asked for one, on a cold December night, they said that they did not have any.
