We are so pleased we decided to stay in this hotel. Check in great, staff friendly and helpful, the room is perfectly clean and in good condition, the breakfast also was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location for train station and then to stroll around the old town.

It certainly helped that I LOVED Annecy! Less than 5 minute walk to the old town which is so pretty - flowers, the canal, the restaurants and shops, the lake.
The staff at this simple hotel was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was pretty bare bones but exactly what I wanted. No aircon but I was able to stay relatively cool with the window open at night. Woke in the morning to the smell of freshly baked croissant and the cooing of pigeons on a nearby roof line.
I had a car so was able to make an easy trip up to Geneva for a day on and around Lake Geneva.
I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Very friendly staff, nicely decorated hotel in a good area only 2 minutes from the train/bus station. 5 mins to the old town. They have bag storage available. The bathroom was spotless, they did a really good job there. The room i had was small but as it was just a place to sleep, this was no issue. There was room to hang up clothes and store them. Wifi worked well. If you have a room facing the train station like i did, you may hear some people with loud cars at night time. Highly recommended hotel.

The property was quaint and well situated. Unfortunately our first room had a very foul smell. We asked to be moved and were accommodated quickly. Parking on street for offloading and paid parkade wasn't too far away. Older property and limited amenities but served the purpose; clean and safe.

It was difficult to bring luggages up the spiral stairway as there was no lift from the main door to reception which was on the first floor.

Short overnight stay in Annecy France.
The hotel is right at the train station.
It’s a charming old building and despite appearances the rooms are modern and extremely clean.
The staff are super friendly and the price is very good for the location.
They have an excellent breakfast or there is a patisserie down-stairs if you just want to grab a snack.
This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and each time it has been very pleasant.
Highly Recommend for the budget traveller.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a perfect location to discover Annecy. Good parking solutions with discounted underground parking 2 minutes away. Ask for some restaurant recommendations, they are spot on.

Hotel is very good for the price, clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast available for en extra charge but was worth it. Good location in the centre and close walk to old town and lake. Lots of good take out and restaurants close by too. Close to rail and bus transport if needed as well. I would stay again. One small note it has a very small elevator that does not go to twork he top floor, but no issue for me.
