ibis Nice Centre Notre-Dame

My room was extremely clean and the breakfast was nice, as were the staff! Convenient for shopping and the station. My room had quite a low ceiling in places which wouldn't suit a taller than average person (but didn’t bother me).

Overall a good place if you just need a place to sleep. Very good location and near everything.

We found the ibis Nice Centre Notre Dame to be a very good hotel for the price. It's probably not anyone's idea of luxury, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked it enough to return at the end of our trip, and I would definitely stay there again.

Terrible hotel. Avoid staying here, many hotels available in Nice for the same price. The staff are consistently rude (all that I dealt with). They do not know how to show empathy to customers at all. The rooms were stuffy/hot even with AC on and no amenities in bathroom, not even a hand towel. Only your body towel and floor towel. The worse Ibis I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at over 12.

The staff constantly started they did not know when requesting help ot asking a question.

Really clean, great location and comfortable. Shame that there is no fridge in the room but at least everything was clean and tidy and the lift worked. The bathroom was a tad small but really great shower and did the job, loved the lights on the mirrors. Great stay!

Rooms smallish but clean. No air conditioning available, so room was very hot. Had to open windows wide , but then very noisy.Our room faced the street. Thick comforter on bed , we were too warm . breakfast was disappointing . Was supposed to be 7 euros, they charged 10.50. We got downstairs in plenty of time , but they " ran out of eggs", and the ere were not great choices.

The rooms were hot. Staff explained a/c was being switched on soon. Not soon enough for the two days we spent there. So, no a/c as advertised. Terrible odour in the bathroom. The four of us chose the breakfast at the hotel on the recommendation of check in staff at 7€. When came down for breakfast the cost was 10€50. At the lower price it seemed worth it but not at price we paid.

Had a weird smell outside, iron board was mini and was told off for not bringing it back down. Not worth the money but I know nice is an expensive place. Bed and amenities just okay

The hotels location near the centre of Nice was the prime reason we chose to stay - it was close to various restaurants, parking and nearby shopping precinct. Slightly further away ~15-20 minutes walk is the Promenade des Anglais and the fabulous stretch of beach. The concierge was extremely helpful explaining parking location and pinpointing areas for us on a map.

Near the SNCF station, metro and several bus lines, this hotel's location is its biggest asset. A/C worked great. Room is small so lacked furniture to unpack. Housekeeping was inconsistent and several items were worn... could have used a bit of TLC. Overall, we were happy with our stay. We did not choose the breakfast at the hotel - there are other options very close by such as La Petrie de la Gare - great pastries.

Water leaked from room ceiling. Upon notifying front desk the agent just said “oh it’s the air conditioning” do you need it? Yes we do! It’s nice in summer and there are mosquitos! He came up and took a look but didn’t have the right tools, came back and made us help him hold a chair on top of a tiny table that was barely holding him up. The fix? Just unplug a tube a let water rain down everywhere getting me soaked. Agent said he would be back to clean things up and retuned with a tiny towel and asked us to use the ones in our bathroom to finish up. Yeah no thanks! Alert AccorHotels but don’t expect much. They have very poor customer service overall.

you get what you pay for. dont expect luxury or space, but it does the job.

Great hotel for something simple but guaranteed cleanliness and great location in Nice. Staff were also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend for a short city break.

Well located in the centre of Nice; near transport; shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and approachable; room was very clean and very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location for train and tram meaning you can explore this gorgeous city and the beautiful coast. Hotel is only two blocks from the main shopping street and at the most 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and the front promenade. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Hot and cold drinks in reception and room service is available for a small selection of goods, however we did not use this. Free internet in reception and free wifi available throughout the hotel. All public areas are very clean. The rooms are clean and basic but this did not bother us, normally used to a bit more plushness in our hotel rooms but we just used this purely as a base. The beds are clean and very comfortable. Hairdryer in bathroom. Considering the price we paid for the rooms I feel that we got good value for money and would recommend this hotel.
