Nice hotel, very clean, can do just with firmer cushions

Its a bit difficult to say with the covid crisis, but i liked the way they dealt with the breakfast sevice

Excellent stop over. Very thorough staff, incredibly helpful. Impressive food for dinner.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and made us feel welcome wonderful Clermont-Ferrand.

Good value for money

This hotel is quite new and we found it comfortable. The rooms are not large, but perfectly fine, and with a good bathroom. Car parking and wifi are free. The wifi has a good speed. We were there on a Sunday evening when the restaurant and brasserie were shut for meals. However, the receptionist was very nice and helpful; she helped us order a pizza to be delivered and provided trays, plates and cutlery. The receptionst was very helpful with all our requests.

Tram went by for ease of travel and in good position to access other sites. Had a room for 1 as one side table, one chair, one suitcase holder, and if we had normal suitcases would have been hard to walk in the room. We travel with cabin cases. Room was very clean and bathroom excellent size. Were told this was a large room but on the fire plan larger rooms available. Tall gentleman on at nights has good English and was very very helpful. the day staff had little English.

The food was very good and the free parking was a bonus in this city.

Bon séjour, hôtel calme, plutôt bien situé, petit déjeuner correct, chambre propre.

Chambre confortable et moderne. Parking extérieur appréciable et personnel agréable. Gros bémol cependant à mon sens : les télévisions dans les chambres ne sont pas équipé d’un dispositif permettant de casté youtube ou netflix à partir de son téléphone par exemple. Uniquement les chaînes TNT disponible.

Isolation phonique avec l'extérieur inexistante.

Struttura gradevole e comoda sia ai servizi che ad una passeggiata in centro. Stanza e bagno veramente troppo piccoli; non è stato segnalato che si trova attaccato ad un ospedale, fortunatamente di notte non si sono sentite ambulanze, che invece di giorno andavano e venivano continuamente. Molto rumore proprio sotto la nostra finestra dalle 6 di mattina, ma non era responsabilità dell'hotel (lavori stradali)
