Sehr netter Empfang, Personal sehr freundlich. Super Lage. Leider ein paar Mängel, die einfach zu beheben wären: Duschbrause defekt, Fön defekt, Tür zum Bad quietscht (wir haben sie selbst geölt), das Rührei beim Frühstück war kalt, obwohl es frisch kam.
Eins der beiden Zimmer war sehr klein, man wusste kaum wohin mit dem Koffer.
Wäre völlig ok, wenn jemand etwas Mühe reinstecken würde

Appartement situé au dessus d’un restaurant avec odeurs de cuisine dans le couloir. La porte et l’escalier sont trop étroits pour circuler facilement avec des valises.
Le côté positif est que la situation est bonne et centrale pour découvrir à pied le centre de Rennes.

Hôtel bien situé et personnel agréable. Propre, petit déjeuner correct, type buffet.
Mais les peintures sont à refaire...murs défraîchis, peinture complètement écaillees (pour un dit 3 étoiles, c est bof).
Et surtout seulement une couette, pas de draps alors qu il faisait très chaud....
Mais sinon ok.

Votre hôtel est parfait, juste un petit bémol ma chambre donnait côté rue et j'ai été un peu gêné parle bruit de la rue ; je vous rassure cela ne m'empêchera pas de revenir, car c'est un très bel endroit
