空港に着いたのが23時をすぎていたのですが、ターミナル内の電話から連絡をすると、シャトルバスですぐに迎えにきてくれました。 お部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフのみなさんもとても親切でした！！

Spacious room, however no follow up on guest requests. I called reception as I had in my room a sofa bed open next to my bed. No one came to close it as promised. Water cumulate in sink and shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and big modern rooms. Airport pick up / drop off was a bonus. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was conveniently located near the airport and train station, and they provided free shuttles to the airport. Additionally, there were water dispensers on each floor, eliminating the need to buy water. The air conditioning was centrally regulated and maintained a comfortable temperature of 25-26 degrees, even though the outside temperature was at least 31 degrees hence it felt hot. However, when we complained, the person who responded tried to gaslight us.

Very uncomfortable room. The a/c was set at 14 celcius all day but never went lower than 25 degrees.

Very convenient for an overnight stay close to Nice airport. Good breakfast. Good service with the free transfer to the airport.

I liked the buffet breakfast

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at this so-called 4-star hotel. Basic amenities such as body lotion were refused when requested, and even something as simple as an extra pillow was denied. The staff’s attitude was consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming, as if every request was an inconvenience to them. Instead of making guests feel valued, they seemed to believe we were doing them a favor by staying there. For a property that claims to be of high standard, the lack of service and courtesy was unacceptable.

Wonderful property - safe, clean, quiet (except a couple nights when we heard doors banging and furniture moving), friendly reception staff (especially the evening/dinner staff). Metro was 10 mins walk away. Restaurants also 5-10 mins walk away. Amazing breakfast with plenty of options. Cons - one of the two lifts broke down and sometimes we'd have to wait a while to get in. The stairs were hard to find too. We were informed that a shuttle to the airport would depart at 7.30pm, however it was nearly 8pm by the time it arrived. They kept advising "10 more mins", otherwise we would've taken a taxi at 7.30pm itself.

We stayed at Novotel Nice Arenas Aéroport and were not pleased with the experience. The hotel does not provide water in the rooms — guests have to leave their rooms to get it from a dispenser, which is inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. Service was disappointing overall. The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, and they did not accompany us to our room. We struggled at the elevator trying to find our way and eventually had to call them for help. On top of that, the reception area had an unpleasant odour, which left a poor first impression. For the price and the Novotel brand, we expected better hospitality and basic guest comfort.

Very impressed with this hotel. Free shuttle to airport was a bonus. Very nice decor.

We had a big problem with elevator
