An apartment hotel sounds like a good idea but there were no utensils. So it was difficult to eat your takeaway. Not even a knife, fork or spoon. The carpet was stained in many places too. There were two of us but only one bottle of water, one tea bag and one capsule of milk. Not what we expected from our previous stays in a Novotel.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We use it as a stopover when travelling to or from Spain. The Room was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also has secure parking. The Breakfast is very good. It is self serve and the variety is excellent.

Can’t fault it. Friendly, helpful staff and a clean, pleasant, well-equipped hotel. Stop right outside for the regular tram service and very close to the rugby stadium.

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel Suites; my room was spacious and clean and the concierge staff were helpful and friendly. I would just note, in case it is important to others, that the kitchenettes have been stripped of all their cutlery/tableware etc but there are still kettles, tea and coffee.

Overnight stay durings a roadtrip, we checked in late and unfortunately did get not a spot in the parking as it is quite small. Other than that, the room was big, a little outdated from the decoration, but clean. Good breakfast for additional fee.

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Suites. All aspects of our stay were first class.
The car park was spacious and, for the location of the property, was fairly priced in our opinion. The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. While we walked into town ( a comfortable 20 minute stroll) there was a tram stop right outside the Hotel and it was very close to the rugby stadium, the reason for our visit to Clermont.
All staff were friendly and helpful and we could not fault any aspect of our stay and would happily use again if we returned to the city.

It was a pleasent surprise to find this "gem" during our short trip at Clermont Farrand. The staffs were all very kind and professional. The room was excellent. The only catch was that the windows didn't really block the sound from outside. However, it didn't prevent us to have a good night sleep.

Nice hotel well situated with tram at the door. Large size by French standards with excellent service and internatiional TV (CNN BBC). I recommend this hotel as you will not be disapointed.
