Parfait, belle chambre, tres bon petit déjeuner. Personnel tres serviable

Small bed and weird bathroom. Kinda Japanese style but this gets water all over the sink area and the toilet area.

great night sleep, friendly staff

I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely try to stay at another okko hotel if possible. Efficient and clean room, and the free extras in the private lounge were really a change from the usual hotel operating models. The only issue was with a hair-plugged shower drain. I suggested to the person at reception servicing this item every couple of days. Otherwise I couldn't be more satisfied.

Comodissimo per visitare il centro di Nantes. A pochi metri dal castello e dalle viuzze della città vecchia. Stile moderno, con bagno inglobato nella stanza, letti ottimi ed ecologici e un’area club interessante dove fare colazione aperitivo .. o semplicemente oziare.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities

What an amazing experience! The Okko came highly recommended and did not disappoint and we will be recommending it now too. The lounge and snack area was a delightful experience, the rooms were compact but very comfortably furnished. Bedding was amazing with linen duvet and lovely pillows. The buffet breakfast was so fresh and had lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh bakery items.

We like the hotel. It is quite, safe and located in a nice area.

The fire alarm went off at around 7:30. There was no staff telling people where to go. People were left in the hotel and staff did nothing. When the alarm stopped sounding no staff came out side to tell us what to do. When we checked out there was no apology or any sort of conversation. There fire procedures are terrible and it’s a big worry if there was a fire in the hotel.

The fire alarm went off at 7.30 in trlhe morning. Everyone evacuated but there was no guidance from any staff. Nothing was explained and no one told us it was safe to return. No explanation or apology at check out either
