視野很好，周邊交通跟購物相當方便，也有好吃的餐廳在附近

当地难得的高层酒店，房间有些小。我们夜间坐RhoneExpress机场快线（只要24点前都有）到达火车站的，即使那时候也可以从火车站穿过Wetfield商场到达酒店。早餐的地方朝西，能看到富维耶山和老城，所以我们要了个高楼层的朝北方向的房间。接待的一位老先生非常客气，说可以给我们免费升级房间，不厌其烦满足我们的挑拣。酒店坐落在有些旧的新城区，周边的情调没有我们次日住的半岛区优雅。酒店附近有个Bocuse室内市场，可以参观一下。酒店的早餐提前定也没多大优惠，可以在达到时定，早餐有腌制的三文鱼，还是比较高档的。

Seems the staff have no communication of the guest info and we have to ask things for couple times always. Not as comfortable as we would like to be and a bit disappointed on this particular hotel.

Nice room+food+location. Best in town

Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful views over the city from 30-ish floors up and a good restaurant.

Super séjour

Car park instructions not clear but staff were super helpful A lot of building work in the vicinity but the welcome and helpfulness to us and our dog Gus were excellent. Thank you Would highly recommend

The shower is dangerous, there was no mat on the floor and it was do slippery we nearly fell. We used a hand towel on the shower floor. There were 2 partial rolls of bathroom tissue, no facial tissue, and no facecloths/ washcloths.

호텔이 아주 청결하고 훌륭했고 리옹 시내를 전망할수있어 더 좋았습니다. 아침식사 종류는 많지 않았지만 만족스러웠고 특히 레스토랑 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다 리옹기차역에서 찾아오기가 다소 어려웠는데 쇼핑몰 내부를 통과하는 길이 가장 좋습니다

Hôtesse d’accueil limite aimable. J’ai vraiment eu l’impression de la déranger en la faisant sortir de la pièce à l’arrière des comptoir d’accueil. Pour le départ c’était une autre personne, plus aimable et plus professionnel. Chambre propre et bien insonorisée ,lit confortable. Salle de bain propre (sans regarder les joints moisis au sol de la douche)

This is a good property with excellent accomodations. Great view from the room, clean bathroom, good beds. The area where it is located, however, is not great. It is far from the old town and the main touristic attractions, and it looks a bit like taken from the Blade Runner movies (= futuristic dystopia). The area has a whiff of La Defense in Paris, which is not exactly a praise in my view. Parking is free, but access to it from the hotel is inconvenient. Overall, I was fine and slept well, but it would have been a bit unpleasant for a long stay.

Chambre correcte, literie très confortable. Arrivée un peu chaotique avec le parking en travaux et sans le voiturier indiqué sur le site ce qui nous a valu quelques aller-retours entre le 32e étage et la rue pour pouvoir aller au parking. (Pas d’accès direct du parking à l’hôtel) mais le personnel est aux petits soins et ne facture pas le parking durant les travaux.

The cleaners took our dirty clothes bag from the room and threw it away. Also they didnt refil the shower gel for all 5 days. Pretty bad service. 9am in the morning you can hear the cleaners shouting to each other in the coridoor. Not happy and not resolved by the team. The reception staff were ok

A wonderful hotel, the reception was on 32 floor and our room was on 36th floor with an amazing view of beautiful Lyon.

On a voulu me refaire payer à l’arrivée On ne m’a pas demandé la taxe de séjour au départ et on m’a prélevé 50€ au lieu de 5€

Stunning, perhaps the best, view over Lyon.
