Excellent location for both Lille Flandres and Lille Europe. Well decorated. Option for having tea/coffee in the evening. Very pleasant staff.

小さなホテルですが、とても居心地が良かったです。部屋もゆとりがあり素敵なデザインでした。 部屋にケトルやマグカップはありませんが、ラウンジが24時間使え、 コーヒーマシーンや紅茶、電子レンジもあるので滞在中に困ることはありませんでした。 空調も部屋でコントロールできたので良かったです。 大きなホテルとは違うスタイルですが、 スタッフの方もみなさんフレンドリーでとてもいい滞在でした。また利用したいです。

Cannot fault this hotel, a gem in the heart of Lille. Cosy, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Long hair receptionist who checked me in was the nastiest receptionist i have ever dealt with. She definitely is not the right person for the hospitality industry as she showed her unprofessionalism and a bad attitude. I offered to provide the details to the hotel manager but never heard back in the automatic survey letter sent by the hotel. All in all the hotel is a next step up from a hostel. I never stay at a budget places like this one but this was a perfect example why bad hotel accommodation can spoil your experience of visiting different places. This is the worst spent money on the accommodation that can only be compared with an upmarket hostel. Everything about this place is budget, at first sight it will look presentable but during your stay you'll notice how poorly the cleaning services are executes. Please see the photos attached. The worst part was the breakfast yoghurt, served in the reusable jar. The jar lid was filthy, looks like it wasn't washed since the hotel opened. Big health hazard, please see the photo. The bathroom was not clean, no hot water... The list goes on. I would not recommend this place. It's right opposite the main railway station. The street noise will keep you awake all night. The breakfast is probably on the level of a soup kitchen. I have nothing positive to say about the place, especially the staff.

The Rosa Hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near to both of Lille's train stations and to the city centre. The superior room was warm, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge area is a bonus. I'd happily stay here again.

Really modern decor and room. Great central location although parking was fairly difficult and expensive (to be expected for city centre multi storey). While the hotel is perfectly located for all the attractions, it's central location opposite the station meant it was very noisy all through the night which disrupted our sleep. The room was very hot but the air con wasn't working nor was their staff on site for us to ask for help or a fan. Breakfast was a great surprise with lots of options and all freshly topped up over the course of the morning. Overall great little hotel in a bustling spot but be prepared for the downsides that come with that.

Very convenient location opposite Lille Flanders station. Our room was at the back of the building and there were no issues with street noise. The rooms are small - as many have stated but something to flag to anyone who is a larger individual - in our room, the toilet seat is fairly squashed between the vanity and the wall. We were fine but I think if you were bigger you would 100% struggle. The other thing that I found was rather lacking - we asked for the room to be made up on one occasion, mainly because there was no toilet roll - like none at all. We left for a long day excursion and returned later to find the room had been made up but no toilet roll. It was late and concierge had left so we had to buy our own which felt really silly. It’s a very very very basic thing for room service to fix. On that note about concierge - you don’t get a physical key. It’s not done through an app but a webpage. You’re given a QR code and expected to screen grab it or print it before you arrive. My phone almost died and the whole day I was worried about not being able to get back into my room if I returned after 9pm when concierge had left. Again, not necessarily dealbreakers but kind of wished I had know this before.

Brilliant little hotel for two day stay in lille, close to city centre. The no room key and using digital key card on your phone takes some getting used to. Make sure you have signal or 4G as if you arrive late in the evening like we did.. you can't enter the property. Lucky other guest came back and let us in, then managed to hotspot till on the wifi for access to room ect.. No reception staff past 10pm.. Only negative is there is no coffee or tea making facilities.. in the room which seems odd.. Room great size, great shower.

Our room was very small which might be a negative for some people but as long as you don't feel the need for acres of wasted space then you'll love everything else about this place. Excellent location, value, quality of amenities and service. If there was one everywhere I wanted to go I'd always stay here.

I picked this hotel as a last-minute decision to go to Lille. I was a little bit apprehensive as they weren’t a lot of reviews, but I’ve since found out it’s only been operating for two months . It was an easy walk, even with my suitcase from the train station. The QR code entry system is a little bit quirky for me, but it worked fine. The room was amazing. The bathroom is quite small for me as i’m a bigger framed person, but the shower is very spacious. The Room also had plenty of space and I didn’t feel claustrophobic, especially with the high ceilings. I only booked for two nights but decided to extend my stay and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was enough to start the day before exploring the town. I would 100% stay here again. Friendly (English Speaking) staff and everything i needed to be close to start exploring.

El hotel pequeñito justo frente a una estación de trenes locales. La zona es un poco ruidosa pero se ve segura. El hotel era pequeño pero muy encantador y cómodo. Muy limpio y los trabajadores muy amables y eficientes. El único pero es que no tenían front desk 24 horas y cuando llegamos tipo 10 pm de comer, logramos entrar al hotel con el código de barras que nos dieron pero no abría la habitación. Y no teníamos a quien pedir ayuda. Luego de muchos intentos lo logramos, pero estábamos asustados de tener que dormir en el pasillo.
