Fantastic location, great value for money and excellent customer service!

So friendly and helpful! We brought our luggage early for storage and at check in we arrived and it had been delivered to our room. So kind! The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room. But totally recommend Roma Hotel!

Very comfortable, amazing shower and air conditioning! Perfectly situated for travelling around Lille.

It exceeded my expectations! The accommodation is clean! The stay is a bit complicated because the hotel's security system is very good! The room is very clean! I am very pleased. It is a suitable place for a single woman! I slept comfortably without worry. I hope to have a chance to stay here again!!! 😍😍

Entry by QR code new experience but soon got used to it. All staff friendly and helpful. Pleased with upgraded room.

Excellent hotel! Perfect for families, couples or solo travellers. Location of the property is as good as it gets, right in the centre of Lille amongst all the main shops, restaurants and sightseeing places. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Lille for a short break.

Rosa Hotel was a great central point for our 3-day stay in Lille. Travelling by train as a family of 4 we couldn’t have asked for more!

We enjoyed our stay here. Stayed with our 2 year old. Very clean hotel and staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Ideally located to visit main sites of Lille (we walked everywhere from hotel). Also only a ten minute walk from Eurostar terminal.

Rosa hotel is ideally located in front of Lille Flandres and 500m from Lille Europe as well as Vieux Lille and most attractions. Hotel is clean, ideal for a visit if you don’t drive and come by train as we did

小さなホテルですが、とても居心地が良かったです。部屋もゆとりがあり素敵なデザインでした。 部屋にケトルやマグカップはありませんが、ラウンジが24時間使え、 コーヒーマシーンや紅茶、電子レンジもあるので滞在中に困ることはありませんでした。 空調も部屋でコントロールできたので良かったです。 大きなホテルとは違うスタイルですが、 スタッフの方もみなさんフレンドリーでとてもいい滞在でした。また利用したいです。

Cannot fault this hotel, a gem in the heart of Lille. Cosy, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Long hair receptionist who checked me in was the nastiest receptionist i have ever dealt with. She definitely is not the right person for the hospitality industry as she showed her unprofessionalism and a bad attitude. I offered to provide the details to the hotel manager but never heard back in the automatic survey letter sent by the hotel. All in all the hotel is a next step up from a hostel. I never stay at a budget places like this one but this was a perfect example why bad hotel accommodation can spoil your experience of visiting different places. This is the worst spent money on the accommodation that can only be compared with an upmarket hostel. Everything about this place is budget, at first sight it will look presentable but during your stay you'll notice how poorly the cleaning services are executes. Please see the photos attached. The worst part was the breakfast yoghurt, served in the reusable jar. The jar lid was filthy, looks like it wasn't washed since the hotel opened. Big health hazard, please see the photo. The bathroom was not clean, no hot water... The list goes on. I would not recommend this place. It's right opposite the main railway station. The street noise will keep you awake all night. The breakfast is probably on the level of a soup kitchen. I have nothing positive to say about the place, especially the staff.

The Rosa Hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near to both of Lille's train stations and to the city centre. The superior room was warm, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge area is a bonus. I'd happily stay here again.
