It was very helpful that the staff would call a Taxi for us when we needed to travel around the island. They were always very kind. The room was very clean. The air-conditioning worked great. The room had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. They also had USB outlets as a charging option.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days for the first part of our honeymoon before heading to Bora Bora, and it was perfect! The property is located close to the airport, ferry terminal and shopping district, and right on the water. I loved enjoying breakfast or supper sitting looking out over the ocean and watching all the fish swimming right below us. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had an amazing view looking over the ocean. The food was great, especially at the sushi restaurant! There was also regular entertainment and beautiful live music in the morning, which was so nice to listen to while sipping my cappuccino and planning our events for the day. Parking was free and easy to get to the hotel, and there was a shopping mall and grocery store a very short walking distance. Highly recommend this property.

The room was very tired. Floors were scuffed.But the most disappointing part was the lack of service. The staff were not very helpful. The bar served drinks that were not good, the cocktail(dirty coco) tasted like ice water. A hotel with a nightly cost of $700+ felt like a mediocre motel. Take your business elsewhere.

Ayant réservé 2 nuits à la suite mais sur 2 sites internet différents, et malgré des échanges avec le service de réservation, lors du Check in le personnel n’était pas au courant. Ce qui fait qu’à 7h45 on toquait à notre porte pour le Check out de la 1ère nuit. Les chambres sont mal isolées, bruits de voiture et personnes qui parlent dans le couloir. Réveil en pleine nuit de la chambre d’à côté.

Beautiful property, clean room, comfortable stay, good drinks. Poolside bar had a bee problem, need to invest in a bee catcher (*tried to sting patrons + staff). Italian restaurant overpriced and mediocre quality. Service somewhat slow; otherwise, nice stay.
