Great location, in a quiet area. A 15 minute walk to the Altstadt and also Dresden-Neustadt station in another direction. Several bars, a 10 minute walk away in Äußerer Neustadt. Large room and clean. Would stay again.

War alles top! Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, am Tresen und beim Frühstück. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Unsere Koffer konnten wir auch kostenlos nach dem auschecken noch ein paar Stunden im Hotel stehen lassen, das war auch sehr nett. Such top Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Gern wieder!

War alles super! Das Zimmer war früh morgens relativ hell, weil die Sonne direkt hineinscheint und den Vorhang rechts und links umgeht. Beim Parken muss man wohl auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber aufpassen, da dort sehr schnell abgeschleppt wird, aber das wurde uns beim Einchecken erzählt, wir hatten keine Probleme.

Ich war nur eine Nacht dort aber das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer war wirklich richtig schön und die Kaffeemaschine rettete mir das Leben direkt nach der Ankunft 😅
Von dort kommt auch sehr gut zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Hinterfrage, wofür das „Plus/Superior“ stehen soll, da entsprechender Standard nicht wirklich feststellbar, u. a. auch mein Zimmer bei einem 4 Tage Aufenthalt 2x (!) nicht gereinigt wurde.
Gründe plausibel erläutern, ordentliche Entschuldigung, etwaiges kundenfreundliches Entgegenkommen (Preisreduktion etc.) trotz berechtigter Reklamation bis zum Check Out/Abreise seitens Hotel Fehlanzeige !
Ansonsten war das Hotel-Personal freundlich u. kundenorientiert.
Dieses Hotel steht künftig sowohl persönlich, als auch Firma nicht mehr auf der „Buchungs-Prioliste“. Schon „einfachere“ BW-Häuser in EU hatten bisher stets gleichwertigen u./od. auch besseren Service geboten, solche Vorfälle bis Dato noch nicht erlebt - schade.
