I had asked for help finding church service times. The front desk personnel spoke great English but told me to research it. Not realizing everything is in German so I can’t read the website information. I overheard her saying the same to other guests asking for help with the reservations… do it on the website. Didn’t come across as willing to help.

I would like to recognize the young lady who was at the front desk when I arrived, on 6 January 2025 around 23:00. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. She even went out of her way to iron out the wrinkles that were encountered, frankly, due to my carelessness. I do not remember her name, but she made my stay at this less-than-desirable property, a pleasant one.

Property was a good location but noisy due to builders next door starting at 7.30 in the mornings. Room was a bit small for a couple with 2 suitcases.
