it was so nice to stay. i had a very good sleep. the morning breakfast was so delicious.

Nice hotel near Marktplatz in Mannheim. The services and comfort of the hotel were very good. However, I missed more variety in the food offered for vegan or vegetarian guests at breakfast (e.g. dried fruits cream or seeds).

Hat alles super funktioniert, unser Sohn hatte ein gemütliches Kinderbett und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen!

Really nice inside. All updated. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast great. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and quiet! Walkable to center square

Ich kann (auch gemessen an dem Preis) nichts schlechtes sagen: Das Hotel ist einfach zu erreichen, Parken ist durch die Tiefgarage sehr einfach. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig und so eingerichtet, dass man auch noch bequem am Computer arbeiten kann. Und fußläufig ums Hotel gibt es jede Menge unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen zu finden. Die Gegend ums Hotel ist ein bisschen abgerockt, aber das ist halt Mannheim :).

Unfortunately, this is the second time we've been woken up at 8am without being asked (despite the "Do not disturb" sign on the door). The cleaning ladies just knock. WHY !?? That is not funny. Another disadvantage is the beds. A queen bed does not mean two single beds put together. Hence the negative rating. All in all too expensive.

The room was definitely very clean. You might even say crisp, like freshly laundered linen. If I had to make one quibble, it would be that the weatherstripping at the bottom of the shower door was not watertight; we found that we needed to avoid letting water splash on the door, in order to minimize the amount of water found on the tile floor on the by the toilet. While not large and spacious, we found the room to be satisfactory for our needs; not the least bit cramped. The free Wi-Fi was disappointingly slow and laggy; in this day and age, having free vs fee-based tiers makes as much sense as having lukewarm shower water for free and hot water for those willing to pay extra. The breakfast offerings were quite generous and diverse. And being able to have espresso was a very welcome thing. Somewhat related, I was happy that there were 2 espresso machines; it seemed one of them was in maintenance mode one morning, so it was great that there was still an option for espresso/cappuccino/etc. Regrettably, we didn't take the opportunity to try the evening restaurant offerings, although we did retire to the lounge for drinks a couple of evenings there. For anyone curious, the nearest streetcar stop seems to be the Marktplatz station, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. For those unfamiliar, we used the DB Next (Deutsche Bahn) app to order and use tickets for streetcars and trains on a daily basis there. Highly recommend.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel was extremely comfortable. Breakfast expensive so didn’t take it there - good options nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a great location and the breakfasts were amazing - excellent choice and selection. Staff were friendly and always willing to work to meet any requests.
