Good points. Arrived late lovely welcome from receptionist. Location good for motorists just off motorway. Bad points. One kettle no cups, glasses, tea, coffee. Bedding substandard. Odd pillows. We found extra in cupboards but had to leave in coverings as did not seem clean. Duvet far too small for bed. States pet friendly but charges 8 euros per pet no mention on details We were also charged 3 Euros for their carpark for overnight. Very disappointed. Overpriced for standard.

Air conditioning does not appear to work and when we asked for a fan we were told that the room have a set temperature and we could not have a fan. . I personally don’t like a hot room and sadly the pillows are very poor. Also a kettle is in the room but no cups or tea and coffee!!! Would not recommend.

Disappointing room decor, very noisy, breakfast not great, free parking doesn’t compensate for everything else. Lorry parked outside starting up at 6am was annoying

This was our 5th night in Europe and the receptionist was the most unfriendly out of all. Check out was a lot friendlier.

Quite disappointing for a Mercure - more like an Ibis-standard hotel. Room was very basic - vinyl flooring, average bed and there was no fridge or air-conditioning, even though this had been advertised. The restaurant was not available in the evening (they seemed to have a small function on) but we were teased by the fact that delegates seemed to be enjoying a delicious meal whilst we had to visit a local supermarket to get some bread and cheese to eat by the pool. The outdoor pool was most welcome (we had driven from Lille in France that day and had been caught in a lot of delays). Fortunately it was only an overnight stop

Adequate for a one night stay whilst travelling through Germany. Slightly dated decor. Friendly reception staff. Both bar and restaurant shut due to Corona (possibly can’t keep social distance?) but breakfast available @ €16 per adult, but we didn’t opt to take it. OK for the low price.

The hotel is well situated to cross the border into France and travel back to the UK. The area is quite run down however there is a petrol station very close by. The hotel itself looks very tired and dated. The rooms look well worn, Although the bathroom was very bew looking. The bed was a standard, cheap hotel bed. The advert says air con but it is centrally controlled which isn't much use!! The breakfast is served at the moment. It was a good size but didn't taste great, especially for the price.

Quick overnight stay enroute to Stuttgart. The hotel is clean, convenient and straightforward. There’s plenty of parking, quick check in and the rooms are a good size. Layout and bathrooms a little dated, but everything is in good order.
