The rooms are Ok for an airport hotel, but checkin was horrible, it took a lot of time (I clocked that each person was taking about 10 minutes to check in and it was a big queue). At the time of my check in the person in the checkin desk started to explain that they were overbooked and that they had no rooms with big beds as we have booked. I complained and said it was not my problem and he finally gave the room I booked! but at the end of the check in process he looked at me and said "I hope we do not have problems with you in the future" with a menance attitude and bad manner. In summary not staying here again, the hotel is overpriced and with such attitude of the hotel personel I will not return. They can not abuse like thiis because they are the only hotel in the airport. Its a pitty because I could see that Radisson has made a big investment in renewing the rooms, now they should train their people or hire proper ones.

Nous avons dû passer 3 nuits, plutôt qu'une seule nuit au Radisson Blu en raison d'un vol annulé. Très bel hôtel et superbe chambre bien isolée. On n'entend pas du tout l'aéroport qui est littéralement de l'autre côté de la rue Tout le personnel a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également très bon et nous avons eu le plaisir d'être servis par Emad. Merci pour le service hors pair!

Sejour réservé un mois à l'avance pour une famille de 3 personnes. A notre arrivée, après un check in de 20 minutes, on nous apprend qu'il n'y a pas de chambres triples. Nous devons dormir à 3 dans un lit. Sans geste commercial ni même excuses. Cette situation est indigne d'un établissement de ce rang. Points positifs, l'emplacement et la propreté.

Perfekt für die 6.00 Uhr morgens Flüge : super Service, sehr leise, alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail aber dabei zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Top Unterkunft, toller Komfort, perfekte Lage für einen Abflug um 6:00 Uhr, geräumiges Zimmer, Dreibettzimmer war ein Doppelbett und ein bequemes Zustellbett
