Staff were great and location is very good. Very good bus service which is cheap and reliable. Plenty of restaurants around and located straight onto a lovely beach

Amazing stay as usual! This is our second time in two years and we will definitely be back. The hotel has everything you need: cleaning every day with towel changes every two days. It has its own pool and own beach, with beach loungers and umbrellas. It’s literally beach front — the only walk you do is from your apartment to the beach, passing through the pool area. Moreover, they recently opened a bar that caters drinks and snacks, including meals and breakfast options, for your stay during the day at the room, pool area or beach. Not to mention they have plenty of parking and the area has loads of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. You don’t even need a car to be honest if you’re planning on staying there and not go around Chania or other areas nearby! Lastly, we went in early September and the sea was amazing. Almost no waves at all and the water was not cold at all — very pleasant! We had loads of fun, the staff is very kind and accommodating… truly a beautiful place that made an amazing stay.

A great place to stay for families where you have a pool and also the ocean right there. The bar and grill is always ready to provide a snack or a meal. If you like to party, there are several resorts down the beach like Cabana Mare. Eden is very quiet and the staff will do whatever it takes to make your stay just what you want it to be

The location was great, staff is super friendly, rooms are very clean and more updated than the photos show. The breakfast for €15 for 2 people is more than enough food for 2 people and it's delicious. Very easy check in and check out process. The price is also very good for the size rooms you get!

Definitely book the superior one bed apartment with sea view. Beach on your doorstep, sun beds free if you buy something from the bar but if they know you’re staying there they don’t hassle you at all. Lovely staff from reception to bar staff to cleaners.

Good place to stay on a budget with a family but less fun for solos/couples.

We have fallen in love with Crete & thank Eden Hotel & all the wonderful staff for making our holiday amazing! Do not think twice, just chose Eden Hotel & you with have the best time. The apartments have everything you need to self cater, they are spacious with comfy beds and air conditioned so you have a great sleep. They are very near to the supermarkets plus they are near many great restaurants on or near the beach. We had the best meals at such reasonable prices. The pool is big & very clean and we never had a problem finding sunbeds. The hotel is right on the beach. Sunbeds at Sebastian’s are free if you buy a drink throughout the day which is great & the staff there are also great with 2 happy hours a day! The gardens are well looked after and we even had the delight of tasting the peaches and pears straight from the trees. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Anything you need or queries you have the team are there to help and make your holiday perfect. A special thank you to the cleaning team who do a great job at keeping the entire place spotlessly clean with daily cleaning of the apartments & fresh towels daily. Also a special thank you to George, from the reception team who helped us create the best trips in Crete from how to visit Chania, the water park, Balos beach, exploring Crete by Quad biking & recommending the best restaurants. Nothing was too much & the team even ensured our late check out was smooth. We miss Eden Hotel & can’t wait to return

Beautiful place, great views from the balcony and nice pool. No extra charges for umbrellas and beach chairs! Great food and drinks served on the beach!

I have nothing but great things to share about Hotel Eden. It all starts with clean and spacious apartments just a few meters from the most beautiful beach in Crete! The people were wonderful and so helpful during our stay. A special shutout to Nikos -he was absolutely amazing and so dedicated to make sure everyone had a pleasant stay! The Eden is sited in a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees and just metres from the sea shore. The apartments are immaculately clean,spacious and well equipped and perfect as a holiday base. Sitting on the balcony hearing the waves rolling onto the sandy shore or walk down to ground level and use the swimming pool or a few yards more and plunge into the warm Mediterranean, There are dozens of restaurants within easy reach and a regular bus service into Chania or in the opposite direction towards Platanias,The Eden is a lovely friendly hotel suitable for everyone,
