The property is really a resort and it's beautiful: the room, the views (OMG the views!!!), the pool, the restaurant were all top of the line. The staff is very attentive, kind and customer service is 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay! Not really walkable anywhere other than the beach which is beautiful and has a restaurant but the hotel offers transfers to town which were cheaper than Uber. The only feedback is that we wished there were bathrobes in the room, everything else was perfect.

Beautiful property. Unfailingly polite, personable, and attentive staff. Food and beverages were top notch.
The only complaint would be the volume of the music that was being played in the pool area. Our group of 4 was unable to converse with each other while seated at a poolside table without raising our voices considerably. As we were the only guests sitting by the pool at the time we asked a staff member if the volume could be lowered slightly. It was handled immediately. Unfortunately, in less than 2 minutes the volume was turned back up (by a person who seemed to be a manager). The music was also pretty loud in one of the lower level rooms off from the pool. Having the music come on in the morning while we were having breakfast was a turnoff, as well.

The property is beautiful and clean, however the room we stayed in was quite small and the beds were even smaller and quite uncomfortable. Only staff members were nice and polite, the rest were so rude, unhelpful and did clearly understand English.

The property was very well taken care of. The staff of the hotel were wonderful! Specifically those that worked the pool area and the front desk! We did have a charger come up missing during our trip. We’ve looked all over and it did not come home with us. When we address this with the front staff, they looked into it immediately, but the charger was not found. The property was not very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but getting a driver set up was easy and safe! I would definitely return if if I ever go to Mykonos again!

very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the hotel should supply irons or steamers
for guest they had none, also the drink prices were high
if the prices were lower we would have looked for other places to drink, last but not least the reception area of the hotel should be upgraded it was a bit shabby compared to the other 5 hotels we stayed at

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Mykonos and Mykonos Princess Hotel.
- great staff, breakfast, pool ambiance/view, and shuttle service to all that the island has to offer.
- small negatives, our 3 room suite was a little outdated, and had minor issues with AC and hot water. staff was very attentive though- and these issues were minor
- have to bake in extra cost for shuttle service!… easily 100 euro per day to go and explore island and get to town/best beaches. rental cars here are really expensive, and we preferred not to wait for buses (which could have saved money).
overall, a great stay, very close to the port, and loved the people who treated us great.

Wonderful hotel and amenities. Nice beach near by to walk to and restaurants walking distance. Can get a bus in to town and hotel has taxi you can book with them also.
We had some minor issues with pillows but was only there two nights so sure would have been resolved.

Every staff member is polite and welcoming. It’s a delight to stay here and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant very reasonable - portions are generous and food is tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere in the hotel is positive and the pool is a real asset with the beds around which are comfortable - and there are great views of the sea. I am so happy we chose this hotel! Loved the sea bus into the old town!

Stay was not great. We had a 4 night stay and throughout our stay the TV didnt work, and no hot water after one person showers. Fridge didnt work after power tripped and on one day the room was cleaned but the bed was not madeup. Only saving grace wasa water called Anna who was excellent and Dimitri at the front desk. Also the hotel is quite far from the main town and a 40 euro charge for a return trip. 35 euro to the piet which is not even 5 min.
