Very central location. Great view of the water from the room. Clean room. Super helpful and friendly staff members.

Excellent staff and service. Gorgeous balcony views next to restaurant. Check out time is an issue, should be 11am and not 10am. Food is average.

Find another place to stay

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and tasty. In heart of town so dining, shopping, and tour meeting spots all with in a 7 minute walk. Easy to get taxis if you want to eat at one of the high-end hotels on the outskirts of town. 15 min walk to icefjords, excellent hiking, sled dog area, and ice fjord museum.

Room is small and really expensive. Like the included breakfast, especially the local delicacy section.

This hotel has a good location and rooftop terrace for both seeing the northern lights (at the right time of year) and looking out over Disko bay. The room was large, clean and had a modern shower. Oddly there are no rooms in this hotel which come with a double bed, and the two single beds provided are comfortable but very narrow (90cm). You can push the beds together (we noticed when walking past rooms others have done the same) which should be sending a message to the hotel that bed configurations need to be changed. Breakfast was excellent however we did not eat here in the evening as none of the meals on offer where vegetarian.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days due to the fact that my flight was cancelled and we were stuck for an additional 5 days waiting for the next available flight. I ended up having 3 different rooms because it was booked up and I kept having to extend. The first room was subpar. It was tiny, stuffy, and looked out over the entrance to the lobby. I heard every shuttle drop off passengers. I had to open the window because it was too warm and then had to shut it again because the mosquitoes came in. I never could get comfortable there. The second room on the fourth floor was lovely. It was an executive room and almost twice the size of my first room. It overlooked the water. My third room was nice, too; not as nice as the second, but almost as nice. It overlooked the water and was a good size. Ask for an executive room overlooking the water. The breakfast is expansive, and the food in the restaurant is good for lunch and dinner. The service is mediocre, but that seems the norm for this town. Some of the desk clerks are nicer than others, but generally acceptable. The workout room is very small with a decent array of weights and a good treadmill; but I can't imagine more than one person can work out at one time. The location of the hotel is the best; it's in the center of everything.

Decent hotel in the centre of town with a few bars and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast and great views from the restaurant on the 6th floor.

Comfortable, clean room & fantastic staff!

Lovely hotel with the most fantastic views ever, both from the room and from the restaurant. Fast WiFi and a free shuttle to the airport. Hope to stay again.

Located in the city centre, rooms are great and the rooftop restaurant has a great view.

The best hotel in Ilulissat for sure!

Waited 8 hours for our room. Booked 6 months ago for 4 nights and given an room reflecting a booking for 1 night.

Lækkert ophold på et folt hotel. Virkelig dejlig morgenmad og flot udsigt. Hotellet har en super beliggenhed

Stillle og rolig kvarter

Super font hotel, dog var der et par ting som de godt kunne forbedre ift. prisen. 1. God morgenmad, men bliver fyldt meget langsomt op, så hvis man kommer sent mangler der meget. Og personalet begynder at rydde af 45 minutter før buffeten lukker. Det bliver lidt stresset. 2. Jeg fik ikke skiftet lagner af rengøring i de 5 dage/4 nætter jeg var der, da jeg kunne se den samme gule misfarvning på mit lagen, som allerede var på da jeg ankom. Dog virkede det rent, men alligevel.. 3. Lidt ærgerligt at man ikke kan få lov at bruge Wifi inden man er tjekket ind. Da jeg ankom om morgenen med min bagage og skulle på en heldagstur, havde jeg brug for at tjekke en adresse, men jeg fik fortalt at man først kan bruge wifi når man er tjekket ind. Havde været fint med noget gæste wifi, til hvis man kommer tidligt og skal planlægge sin dag. 4. Der er virkelig lydt på gangene! Ellers et godt sted, som jeg godt kunne finde på at vælge igen pga. faciliteter og beliggenhed. Mvh

God oplevelse. Men dyne og hovedpude ikke åndbart materiale. Værelset alt for varmt selv om der var skruet ned for varmen,- ingen aircondition.

Alt var som forventet, maden i restauranten var helt fantastisk lækker, incl morgenmad 👍men der manglede opbevaring til tøj på værelset. Skab eller lign.

Dejligt ophold, god betjening, venlige og hjælpsomme personale. Glæder mig til næste ophold med datter og barnebarn
