My friends and I enjoyed the balcony and the TV in the room. The room was spacious, clean with few imperfections, and provided lots of space for my friends. The complementary breakfast was great and the rooftop pool was a great feature. Alcohol and food can be purchased at the Foodys and KFC next door so the hotel was in a convenient spot. Would recommend this hotel again for the next visit.

Was on island for family medical reasons. For a last minute reservation I was very happy with my room and the hotel in general. Fairly close to where i needed to be.

the room was dated and smelled musty. pillows and blankets were old and smelled old. the room felt like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, dust bunnies in corners and around the furniture. and the chairs were super dirty.

The picture and the actual property were totally different. Construction inside, noisy, and dirty. Customer service terrible, they argued for over 1 hour with non English speaking Korean customer in the lobby about a missing small hand towel. Front desk speaking in Filipino openly about the difficult Korean.
Non accommodating with early check in.
Pool old, hallways dirty, bathroom dirty. Could not stay there and I wanted my money back. !!!

Front agent charged $200 to my credit card without asking me and never contact me until I made many internationall calls. No sincere apology, and I'm upset that the receipt for the completed refund still hasn't arrived after repeated emails and phone calls requesting it.

So unacceptable checking in leftover trash in the bin, sunday asked to chsnged all towels said nothing available. Bathroom wall leaking asked front desk to room change. My child almost slipped. Told me no available room to room change. So give me bathmat nothing again. So not worth it.

The hot water in the shower wasn't coming out properly, so I cleaned it myself. Water stains started to appear.
I had to go get towels and toilet paper myself.
Although there has been a big improvement, what about the average standard???
I wonder if there's no manual on what to do? It feels like there's a lot of waste and it's not reaching where it's needed.
I can sense that they're trying their best.
The wifi seems slow even near the front desk; it's much faster than in the rooms further away, but I don't think it would be that difficult to place repeaters here and there, or to improve the original equipment and increase the number of them.

honestly it was good, it was a quick trip home for a funeral and it was close by to what we needed. the hot water didnt last to long but it was good enough. the only thing i was not expecting was a 200. deposit. the paper work clearly stated 100 and the form they had. i didnt argue i just was confused why.. the staff were amazing and everyone made us feel welcomed. i would stay here again. it was the best rest i got in a while. if you looking for simple rest/shower/quiet. its here. we stay here because of errands and family event. value was worth it for my family.

Even if you make a request, they are very strict.
The shower was the worst I've ever had.
The refrigerator wasn't working. It was on but not cold at all.
It was a problem.
The food was the same as before, but it was a lot worse than before.
There were no bugs this time.
The microwave cord wasn't long enough, so I finally managed to use the extension cord I brought with me, but I forgot it and left it behind.
I wonder if they'll give it back?
The Wifi was weak, which was a problem for work and study.
I really wanted a room on the first floor near the front desk where I could use the Wifi
and I really wanted a shower and Wifi near the first floor, but when will that be? ?
I really want this to happen next time, as it's a very important place for a serious battle.
Please do something.

This is a motel, not a hotel. They advertise a shuttle. they said they have a shuttle, but no driver. It was clean, but very basic with very old furniture. No diner options in hotel. Limited food options near hotel. Staff was pleasant. they said it was under renovations.
