Second time I stay a las americas and both times we have had terrible rooms with the same situations. One was two years ago and one this year just now. I will never stay at this property at all.

I was very disappointed when the shuttle was not at the airport to pick us up. Then I find out I had to pay extra ($20) for the shuttle.
When I arrived at the hotel I find out that breakfast is not included. Maybe I misunderstood your ad but I was under the impression that breakfast and the shuttle were part of the booking.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el transporte nunca fueron por mi al aeropuerto estuve mandando varios mensajes por email pero no me contestaron esperé más de una hora y nada tuve que tomar un taxi para el hotel
