Tiny space. Open bathroom and toilet is 2 feet from the bed. Carpet looks old. Room air has smell and view window only.

Nice room, good staff

The hotel is located in a busy area, but very close to all the shops and amenities that HK has to offer. The rooms are small (suitable for short/petite people), and well-maintained. Housekeeping was good too. If you're looking for a basic place to sleep, then this hotel is reasonable.

1/10 – Filthy, Bug-Infested, and a Bed Harder Than the Floor I honestly can’t fathom how this place has any positive reviews. This was hands-down the grossest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was an absolute nightmare: • Thick black mold growing all over the bottom of the bathroom door and frame • Long stranger’s hairs clogging the shower drain so badly that water wouldn’t drain — it pooled up to my ankles • Large yellow/brown stains on the sheets and comforter (obviously hadn’t been changed) • Woke up covered in itchy red bites all over my arms and legs — bed bugs or fleas • The mattress was so incredibly hard it felt like sleeping directly on the ground. Zero padding, zero comfort — my back still hurts days later After discovering this horror show a few hours after check-in, I went straight to the front desk. Their response? “We’re sold out, no other rooms” and a complete refusal to refund even a single night. No apology, no manager, no concern for guest safety or basic hygiene. This isn’t just an “old” or “tired” hotel — it’s a genuine health hazard. I have photos of the mold, stains, hair, and bites if Expedia or the property wants proof. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great location

The location was great in Kowloon, being surrounded by food options and easy walking distance to the metro. The hotel vibe was cool with funky art and helpful staff. However, our room was absolutely tiny with next to no floor space for luggage and the bathroom having no decent separation from the bed.

Small room, bad lighting in bathroom with sliding doors instead of actual doors, no amenities, no real lobby, very basic offering

The hotel is close to the main area- that’s the only good thing. The hotel is small, dingy, the rooms are SO SMALL, you can’t even open your suitcase properly. You can imagine how small the bathroom is… the water doesn’t drain properly and the bathroom smells when flushed…. There was a fire alarm that rang which was a false alarm but the guests were stuck in the building cause the doors from the stairs to the lobby wouldn’t open. What a scary safety concern. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Didn't stay in hotel due to the severe typhoon in Hong Kong. Still got charged.

Hot water was out on the first night Then on my 3rd day when I got back to my hotel room someone was there replacing a down light in my room without prior notice and I just saw my room door opened

The hotel is nice and in a good location. Unfortunately, the rooms are ready small. As small as you can get. Therefore, for this price I must give a bad review

Fantastic stay with excellent location. Staffs were superb basically fulfilled all your needs. I had a short trip in between and they allowed the luggage to stay for a week before I return. Highly recommended :)

Young-uncle reception was so profressional. He gave me good informations all I need in english. This hotel is surround by many shops and restaurant, both breakfast, dinners and One department-store just opposite right there at the corner. There's cheap water drink shop near by as well.

Comfortable bed, very large bathroom and shower! Lighting could be brighter in the bathroom. Decent and central location.

Gopd location with many shopping and dinimg options nearby. MTR station is a 10 minute walk.

Decor was unique and refreshing. Maintenance could be better. Bed was hard and uncomfortable
