Hotel with the best service. Very friendly and helpful staff since the beginning of our booking, when we had some problems with our reservation, we were given the best solution. Especially for the reservation staff named Derek Law, we are very grateful. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a vacation to Hong Kong.

我住了這裡一個多月,當中有換房一次, CS都很貼心盡量安排房間及所需, 由於我住了較長時間, 房內有冷氣機滴水也立刻處理妥當, 以後的日子都很滿意, 要注意長時間住宿若不需要每天執房要向house keeping下指示, 其他因為疫情是要外吃或買外賣的。地點很好, 很方便就是了。

地理位置非常方便，鄰近尖沙咀站、尖東站及紅磡站三個鐵路站，樓下有很多公共交通工具往九龍東各地。附近食肆亦非常多。 酒店職員的服務態度很好，尤其是前台職員的服務態度和效效率非常出色。美中不足的是整潔度有待改善。

Yet, the hotel is quite old that the room decoration and facilities are not so comfortable. Room and tolet are very small. No bedmaking while out of the room. Not deserves about 900 HKD for one night.
