Great stay

Staffs at the first floor were friendly and always greeted with smiles when we went in and out the elevator. Room was clean everyday. Location was walkable to everywhere.

Location: Awesome, close to restaurants, metro station, mall, lights show, etc. Pros: very nice blackout curtains, washroom with window (or con, depending on factors), pretty secure. Cons: The place was in general clean, but the table in my room was dirty, since it's dark, it's not easy to identify that requires cleanning.

I stayed at Otto hotel for a few nights. At the beginning of my stay I wasn't paying too much attention. Not until the last day, I realized the wall inside the bathroom facing the shower was a mirror wall, which wraps arounds the corner. I pointed my finger to the mirror wall, the reflection of my finger was touching my finger directly, it was a single sided mirror (meaning it's transparent on one side of the "mirror"). The mirror wall was wrapping around the corner creating a "box" that was about 2 ft. x 3 ft. The most scary part is, the mirror wall was facing the shower!!! So if they hide a camera behind the mysterious mirror box, they could record people showering. I asked for the manager and questioned what that space was for. He said it was the mechanical space with access from the hallway. But its door was blocked. If that was the case, how could a technician access it??? They couldn't give me a better explanation and said if I wasn't unhappy, I could check out early. I should have called the cop instead...but it was the last day of my HK trip and it would delay my travel to the next destination if I called the police so I let it go (yes, I regretted this decision and it's dreadful feeling still wondering to this day if I was recorded during my stay). After that, I also started noticing there was some smoke detector-like kind of device flashing blue lights above the bed the whole time...so use your best caution when staying at this hotel.

Room is very small, lack of a proper closet space! Space is really tight! Hit the edges of the bed a few times!

Awesome location right across the street from the MTR metro station. Super helpful and friendly staff from the front doorman to the reception desk staff. When rooms became available, they let us check in early at no extra charge. Safe feeling area. No noise on 14th floor. Beds were a little too firm for us, but not bad otherwise. No place for recyclables.

Good for one night stay. Very affordable. Rooms are small so don’t expect a lot of space. Still a good value and will stay here again as near ferry station and other important places

Centrally located, very close to transit, attractions, restaurants, shopping. Walkable to many attractions eg HK MOA 5-10 minutes, etc. Lawrence at the front desk efficiently checked us in and was helpful with our enquiries; 24 hour front doorman welcoming (check in is on 3rd floor) and provided extra security - not that we ever felt unsafe in this area. Modern, stylishly decorated room. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel (was last here over 18 months ago) but noted that some wear and tear evident (we stayed in the same room). Should you choose to take a more scenic route from the airport, bus A21 stops on Nathan Road at Cameron.

Budget hotel for Hong Kong. Only stayed one night. Twin bed small and moderately comfortable.
