Lovely hotel, lovely position, amazing view unfortunately there was construction work right outside the hotel which started early and finished late and we could hear it on the 32nd floor

Really wonderful experience. We had the most beautiful view of the Victoria Hourbour during lunar new year and watched incredible fireworks. Even without the fireworks, the view was beautiful to wake up to every day for the 6 nights we were there.
The service was amazing. Inroom dining was fast and delicious, and the restaurants in the hotel were incredible. I work from my laptop, so I found many places I could open up my computer, order food, drink coffee, and enjoy a peaceful day.
I paid extra to have service to and from the airport and was definitely worth it. I am a 5'2'' female with a 5 year old, and they took my luggage from the start of my journey from the airport all the way to my hotel, as well as from my hotel, all the way through check in and all the way to security. It made my journey stress free and just wonderful.
We walked to the ferry which only took a few minutes, and explored much of the harbour and Hong Kong as the location was very convenient.
I would highly recommend staying here for modern inconveniences, the service, amazing restaurants, and an incredible view, and location close to everything.

The club floor was fabulous and the pool is warm and inviting . Thank you to all of the staff and a big thanks to Philip on the 30th floor for all his kindness, professionalism and great recommendations for activities. His suggestions were spot on and we will remember our time here as absolutely first rate. This is our new go to hotel for Hong Kong Island and we will see you all again. No need for any improvements at all. This hotel is perfection.
